Enjoy one of two large attached porches. The front porch is over 150 square feet and great for sitting on the rocking chairs while having that morning cup of coffee. The back deck is 300 square feet of pure entertainment. Fire up the grill or kick back and listen to nature while watching the woodland creatures play among a heavily forested tree line. The back deck has a large picnic table and permiter seating.
There is a large stone fire pit just off the back deck for roasting marshmallows, hosting great conversations, or keeping warm on those great Northern evenings that only Wisconsin has. Why the Owner Chose Wisconsin Dells
We chose this location because of all it has to offer. It's located right in the Dells. It's only 3 minutes to anywhere we want to go in the Dells. It's a great vacation spot for anyone located in the Milwaukee or Chicago areas. Close enough to not have a terribly long drive in the car but far enough to feel like we got away from the house. The best part is we don't have to fly!!! We get to have a great vacation with non of the travel costs.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
There are tons of unique benefits while staying at the cabin. The Dells has so much to offer for families and kids. Go karts, indoor and outdoor water parks, great dining, fishing, skiing, golfing, etc. Or, we can have a great vacation without ever leaving the community. Our home is located only 200 yards from the lodge. We can swim, golf, fish, walk, eat and relax without ever getting in the car.
This is one of our favorite restaurant's to go to. Great Beer!!
Our favorite place for breakfast. Unfortunately they're only open during the warm months of the year.
The kids love this place. Our son had a great time here and it was fun for us too.
If you've never done this, it's a must do. It's lost of fun. You take a great trip in boat/car around some very scenic spots in the dells. It's great for both the kids and adults.
This is the best waterpark in the world. Lots of great rides. Best of all, a huge lazy river which is great for the parents.
They usually have some pretty good music shows here. Some great bands from the 70's and 80's.
I go here every time in the the Dells. It's always a fun time. They have a good Poker room.
Fun Indoor Water Park. Unless you want to go every day and you have a large part of people, it's cheaper to rent a home and then just pay for daily tickets in the summer.
This is usually a fun place for the kids. Young kids may be aftraid of some of the stuff.
This is a great place for Mini golf. We always have lots of fun here.
Lots of video games, bowling & good food. Located right next to the shopping outlet so if you want to drop off the kids while you go shopping it's perfect for that.

Back in 2006 we (Chris & Sarah) visited the Springbrook community for the first time when we stayed at our friends vacation home. After staying there for a week we knew we had to build a vacation home in this community that we could visit every year with our son and family. So in the fall of 2006 we got our parents (Marlon & Sherry) and siblings (Ryan & Sarah) to vist the community with us. They loved it as much as we did and in the winter of 2006 we all decided to build a home and thus the construction began. It didn't take long for construction to finish and we stayed in our home for the first time in Spring of 2007. We go to the cabin all the time and we can never get enough of it. But, when we're not there, we want other families to be able to enjoy the cabin and community just as much as we do.

First of all, the owner & the staff for Spring Brook were very helpful & friendly. The cabin was very spacious,even more than the pictures showed, easily accommodating 8 adults plus 6 children plus 2 toddlers. In fact, our son & daughter-in-law, who have 4 children, consider following your floor plan when they build a home in the future. The cabin was absolutely spotless & so convenient with all the amenities. The "woodsy" decorations were neat and made us feel we were in the middle of a forest wilderness. We all enjoyed The Ducks, Paul Bunyon's Shack, Putt-putting, swimming, and the circus. We loved the whole experience & would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!!

Overall we found the cabin to be very spacoius. It was more than large enough for 4 adults and 4 children all under the age of 7 and very close to the Dells main attractions that were open this time of year. Overall pretty clean, however the frig was making an anoying noise the entire time we were there. The lodge seemd a bit farther away than 200 yards, we drove back and forth many times but did like the pool area The kids enjoyed the Xbox, but found some of the games to be missing and most of them that were there were not suitable for their ages. IF YOU RENT THIS CABIN, it might be worth it to rent a few games. We loved the games in the basement and were surprised by the bubble hockey game! Good Times! I do recomend the owner invest in a universal remote control for all the electronics in the house. There are several remotes that are easy to loose! I think we counted over 12 of them!
Owner response:Thank you for your comments. We value the opinions of our guests as we very much appreciate your choosing our family cabin. The refrigerator noise was caused by the ice maker, so we have scheduled a replacement. With 4 televisions (2 downstairs / 2 upstairs), it is a bit of a challenge to keep all remotes in their respective locations - for this reason we have them labeled according to their equipment. Universal remotes are great but have their limitations, so we opted for individual remotes based on past user preference and the sanity of our more technically challenged guests - kids seem to naturally understand remotes : ). We strive to maintain a wide variety of games for the x-box enthusiast, as well as movies, board games, and an interactive family entertainment center. We have on-site maintenance available 7 days a week to respond to any problem encountered during a visit via the rental office or by calling our personal contact number as listed on VRBO. We encourage all our guests to promptly report issues to ensure their visit exceeds their expectations.

We had a wonderful time renting this home for a holiday family getaway. The kids young and old especially enjoyed the downstairs game room, while the rest of us visited upstairs. We liked the kitchen and living room fireplace as well. Also enjoyed the Springbrook clubhouse pool. When we had a problem with a TV remote, we were able to reach the owner right away, and solve the problem immediately. We look forward to going back again sometime.

We would highly recommend the 309 Oakbrook cabin to anyone - it was fabulous! The basement was unbelievable – foosball, air hockey and basketball as well as a HUGE projection screen for movies! The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. The cabin was completely stocked with everything we needed and we loved the fire pit and being able to make smores! The kitchen was fabulous and we loved having use of the washer and dryer. The home is decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need to live there. The location was perfect and we loved being so close to the interstate and downtown Dells. No one wanted to leave, but we hope to come back next year! Thank you for the best family vacation ever!!!! The cabin was perfect for our family of 11 adults & 2 toddlers. We enjoyed the amenities of the Spring Brook property along with the close proximity to the Dells activities. The cabin's owner was very quick with responses to questions.

Thank you for the use of your cabin. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the peace and relaxation, especially sitting out front on the porch in the morning. We had a wonderful time. Very much appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin and the closeness to downtown area. We enjoyed the selection of books and video's available too. We will definately come back.
