This second floor oceanfront villa has recently been completely renovated. The renovation included new kitchen cabinets with granite counters, new appliances, new bathrooms which includes replacement of vanities and bathtub's and tile shower, new tile floor and carpet, new living area furniture along with bedroom furniture, new lighting, fresh paint and wallpaper. The unit was described as awesome by a realtor.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa has a complete kitchen with a living room/dining room combination. The master bedroom has a king size bed with oceanfront balcony and a tile shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 double beds with bathroom.
Ocean One has a large swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges along with umbrella tables and chairs. The location is great and the view is spectacular! The unit is located next door to the Holiday Inn and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The unit has 2 elevators and luggage carts are available to make it easy for our guests. Two parking passes are available per unit. Most of our guests return year after year. Hilton Head is a great place to vacation any time of the year.
