This second floor oceanfront villa has recent updates.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa has a complete kitchen with a living room/dining room combination. The master bedroom has a king size bed with oceanfront balcony and a tile shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 double beds with full bathroom.

Ocean One has a large swimming pool(not heated) with plenty of chaise lounges along with umbrella tables, chairs and gas grills. The location is great and the view is spectacular! The unit is located next door to the Beach House and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The unit has 2 elevators and luggage carts are available to make it easy for our guests. Two parking passes are available per unit. Most of our guests return year after year. Hilton Head is a great place to vacation any time of the year.

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was equipped with everything that we would need for a trip away from home. Owner is wonderful checking in during our stay and making sure that we had everything that we needed. Great ocean views from the condo. Our family and teenagers loved it and the layout was perfect for us. I would most definitely rent this unit again! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Wonderful stay!!

We had the most wonderful stay in Ocean One 221. Not only was the condo impeccably clean and well stocked, it also is very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed being a little away from the pool area as it is a bit quieter but still convenient to the beach. Our little ones loved having beach toys and floats to use from the huge beach closet. Phyllis is a wonderful owner, checking in with us to make sure we had everything needed. The only negative is having to leave!

Spring Break vacation

This property was as advertised. The location was wonderful and very close to everything. I am very picky about where we stay and how clean rentals are. This unit was extremely clean!! It was also very well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. I also got to meet the owners and they are wonderful people, who want you to enjoy your vacation. I would stay here again and tell everyone I know traveling to Hilton Head, to stay here!

Fantastic stay - we will be back

We had the best time in Hilton head and we can’t wait to go back. The weather was perfect, even in October. The condo was very conveniently located and walking distance to parks and restaurants. We barely had to use our car which was very nice. The condo was also right on the beach which made it easy to go up and make sandwiches for lunch. The condo was even better than we expected. The bed was comfortable in the king room and each room had its own bathroom which was very nice. The pool was great and convenient location. The kids loved having an afternoon dip in the pool. Phyl was absolutely fantastic. She was accommodating and responsive. After our stay in this condo, I absolutely understand why it receives multiple five star reviews. You will not be disappointed, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!
