On the boardwalk on the Marina Peninsula, near the Venice Pier. Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath lower unit plus sofa bed and 2 plasma TV's. One Cal King plus two Queens. Full kitchen with dishwasher.

Enjoy surfing, swimming, fishing, biking, skating, strolling… or just watching and listening to the waves from the living room or patio. We've got surf boards and boogie boards for your use. Bike and other rentals available a short block away. Lots of great restaurants and bars just around the corner. This is Venice beach living at its finest. Five minutes to Santa Monica and ten minutes to LAX.

  • We stayed at this beautiful beach apartment in August 2009. We were two Norwegian couples in our late twenties on a two-week trip to California, and spent 8 days at this residence. It was our first time booking privately online, and were scared we would be ripped off, but everything was by the book. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had what you needed of cooking utensils. It's situated just a block from the part of Venice Beach where everything is happening, but the waves are all you hear at night. Jeff, the owner, lives upstairs and let us use surfboards, body boards, etc. A real cool guy who lets you have your privacy, but offers a helping hand if he can:) Taking a cab to The Rainbow Bar & Grill in Hollywood was a 60 dollar ride, but well worth it:D Also highly recommend the Tuesday night jam at The Brig in Venice/Santa Monica.   • Some friends and I stayed here for a week in late November last year. It’s a lovely condo in a great beachfront location. Nice modern décor with ample seating. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the LA area. The landlord/owner was great and very accommodating. It will definitely be our first choice when next visiting LA.

  • This is a great condo. The location is right on the beach, walk out the door and you are in the sand. The location is perfect if you want to be in Venice beach. You really can walk to many shops/ restaurants. 3rd st. is a longer walk, but we did it. The beds are really comfy and the sheets were fabulous. There are 2 great showers in nice sized bathrooms. Oh, and the TV was a treat!! We would highly reccomend this place. Good for families of 4 or 2 couples!
