The complex is in the middle of a beautiful park, approximately a five minute walk to the beach or harbor along a pedestrian/bike only path where you can swim, kayak, jet ski, surf, fish or just lounge on the beach.
Dana Point and is centrally located to everything fun in Orange County. It is within walking distance to the Town Center, Doheny State Beach, and Dana Point Harbor. The artistic beach colony of Laguna Beach is eight milesaway and the Newport Beach harbor and beautiful upscale Fashion Island shopping mall is another six miles.
For the ocean lover's, Laguna Beach scuba/snorkeling dive sites are a 20-minute boat ride away and for the open water enthusiast the fun-filled island of Catalina is a 90-minute boat ride from Dana Point Harbor.
The Dana Point/Laguna Beach has challenging golf courses with incredible ocean views, fishing, boating, jet skiing, boardsailing, surfing, scuba diving/snorkeling and fine cuisine
