The artistic beach colony of Laguna Beach is a short drive up scenic Pacific Coast Highway the Newport Beach harbor and beautiful upscale Fashion Island shopping mall is also nearby.
For the ocean lovers, Laguna Beach scuba/snorkeling dive sites are a 20-minute boat ride away and for the open water enthusiast the fun-filled island of Catalina is a 90-minute boat ride from Dana Point Harbor.

I Love the year around perfect weather, never too hot or two cold. When I came to visit from my native home Budapest Hungary I fell in love with Dana Point. You will love the Farmers Market nearby where you can pick up fresh fruits and vegetables to enjoy by the beach or poolside. The fresh clean air and ocean breezes clear your lungs and your mind. To stay relaxed and fit you can play tennis, paddle ball and swim in the pool that is heated all year. All located within the complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Being so close to the beach and having a bike path adjacent to the complex that leads to the beach is very special. Get up early make a fresh cup of coffe and ride the beach cruisers to the ocean. I beleive in natural living and a sustainable environment. I bake my own bread, Make fresh soup everyday and grow vegetables. I still dont understand why my husband want to waste energy and make noise using the clothes dryer when there is so much incredible sun in California I miss my home but I do not miss the harsh winters! I will make you a homemade soup and dessert from my Grandmothers recipe. Take the beautiful drive up scenic Pacific Coast Highway and visit us in Long Beach for an incredible Hungarian dinner!!!!
