Treat yourself to a casually elegant 3BR/2BA Bungalo home – the Smith Surf Shack! Hang out on the screened-in porch, or lounge out by the heated neighborhood pool. The main living area has a 50” high definition TV, complete with DVD library. You’ll also enjoy complimentary wireless Internet access and long distance calling. The beautiful, large kitchen has granite countertops and a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. The master BR with king-sized bed has a private bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in closet. The guest BR, with queen-sized bed, shares the hall bath with the 3rd bedroom, outfitted with 2 bunk beds (house sleeps 8 comfortably without any pull-out couches or trundle beds!). Each room has its own TV and the bunk room also as a DVD player. This house is not just a rental, but a second home for the owners who invite you to share their comfortable, well-equipped home when they can’t be there to enjoy it themselves!
During your visit, take advantage of world-class dining and entertainment at Baytowne Village, or the new shops at Grande Boulevard.
We do not accpet parties of 8 adults - the bunks are not meant to sleep 2 adults. Also, we do not allow more than 8 guests at a time in our house. It puts too much wear and tear on it. Thank you for your understanding.

Wow! That about sums it up. The home is so welcoming and the layout is fantastic! We have had a wonderful vacation and hope to visit the Smith Surf Shack again. The owners have been available and responsive to each request. The decor is perfect and home is in a fabulous location. Spend your money on this one!!!! It is well worth it!!!

Wow! we just returned from our week long vacation at the Smith Surf Shack and it was beyond compare! We've been to Sandestin many other times, but have never had such a fabulous time. I attribute it to the comfort and convenience of this bungalo, as well as the personal touches that made this place feel like home. Thanks to the Smiths for sharing their little bit of paradise with us!

Wow! We would/will stay here again in a heartbeat! Not only is your house located at the hottest spot around Sandestin, the house itself was super fun and nice to stay at. All the special things, from the personalized paper to the hammock in the front made for an even more spectacular visit! Thanks for taking the time to make your (unknown) guests comfortable. You surely have the gift of hospitality without even being around. I will be telling my friends!
