Wildlife abounds in the area and can be seen roaming the area around the property as you sit on the deck and enjoy the clear, clean mountain air! Our cabin is in a heavy populated bear area!!!
Amenities include a 6-person hot tub, a 4 person indoor tub, pool table, 2 natural stone wood burning fireplaces, free cable and free long distance phone calls and internet service, there are also 2 huge decks overlooking the mountains.
The home has a king bedroom upstairs and one king downstairs, a queen downstairs and a twin let-out upstairs ,there are 2 full baths, a large fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

This cabin is awesome was only there three days but wished i could have stayed longer. You could not ask for a better location. Very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It has everything you could ask for and more cant wait to go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a nice place to stay. This is located only 9 minutes from Pigeon Forge and less to Downtown Gatlinburg! The cabin has plenty of room, we had 4 people in or group. The cabin has three bedrooms that were big & two pullout beds. There was a pool table downstairs and jacuzzi tub and hot tub outside. They said it was a high bear area, but we didn't see any :( Getting to the Cedar Chest was kind of winding road up the mountain but my bunch really didn't mind that cause it was worth it. The owner was good to answer questions and concerns. We had a good trip! Hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room - we had 10 people. Good for children. It had three bedrooms that were big and two pullout beds (couches). They had a pool table downstairs and the jacuzzi and hot tub outside. They said it was a high bear area. Part of my family saw one. I was hoping to see some. Getting to the Cedar Chest was a really winding road up the mountain but well worth it. The owner was good in answering questions and concerns. It was only a 9 minute trip to Pigeon Forge and less to Gatlinburg. We went to Dollywood and the Titanic. Both were excellent. Will use it again next year if possible. Would recommend to anyone interested.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
