Photo shows your fabulous ocean view from the balcony & walkway. Location is popular North Wildwood, just steps from 2nd street beach or 3rd street beach. Three bedrooms & three full baths. Large swimming pool on site (in season) and community gas grills for your family to use and enjoy. This condo is located on the 3rd floor and has ocean views from the dining area and outside seating area. Living/dining area has pull out couch, ceiling fan, TV, and DVD player. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, coffee maker, and toaster. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans are provided. First bedroom has hall bath, 2 double beds and TV. Second bedroom has attached bath, king size bed and TV with DVD. Third bedroom has attached bath, 2 double beds and TV with DVD. This bedroom also has its own separate entrance. Condo complex has coin op washer & dryer. 3 parking spots are included with this condo rental. Outside rinse off area is provided when returning from the beach. Walk to beach, Wawa, restaurants, N Wildwood clubs and the new sea wall - where you can take your morning stroll or enjoy your coffee with fabulous views! World famous Wildwood boardwalk and water parks are minutes away, as well as upscale dining, casinos and night life in Atlantic City. Cape May County Zoo (free) is just up the parkway and a great way to spend the day with the children or grandchildren! Please, only adults over the age of 25. Family groups preferred.

Fireman's Week (Sept 10 - Sept 17) - $1000/Week or $150/night for weekend only
