We had an excellent summer staying in this home. It is very beautiful with all the accomadations of home. It sure didn't feel like a rental. The home is even nicer than the pictures. There is plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable, whether watching tv or laying on a couch reading a book and enjoying the cool breeze through the open windows. The evenings are beautiful in the backyard with a jacuzzi and firepit to relax and enjoy. This home is also conveniently located to the shopping and restaurants on Orange Street. It is also an easy walk to beach. We would highly recommend this as a rental.

We also had a wonderful stay. The house was left very accommodating; there was not a thing aside from general food and beverage that we needed to feel at home. The location next to the park given that (a) it takes the parking stress away during Sunday night concerts and (b) the proximity to take our young children, was better than we had hoped. Not to mention that it is throwing distance to the library, the town churches, and all the major stores along Orange. The beach and the Del are no more than a 10 minute walk or two minute drive from the house. The house is old and historic, but much is redone with all the modern refinements. We recommend the house highly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had the pleasure of being the first guests to stay in this wonderful home in Coronado. We were greeted by the homeowners with a beautiful basket with wine/cheese and helpful info on the town. The home is just beautiful, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay!!! We walked to the beach, enjoyed Sunday Music in the Park, and took in the town of Coronado just blocks from the house. Would highly recommend to anyone!! It was great!
