My husband's family own a condo in Waterville Valley which we visited often. We loved NH so much, we decided to buy our own condo so that our friends and family could enjoy for all the seasons.

The condo is located conviently off of Route 93, so you can ski in the winter, and swimming, fishing, hiking and boating during the summer.

We would like to extend a thankyou to you. We had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the rec center, and the adults enjoyed all the wonderful views. I was very surprized with how much there is to do here, and how local everything is. From swimming at the pond to paddle boating, playing basketball, searching for waterfalls, going to Weirs beach and ending our trip at the Sugar Shack for pancake breakfast. Thank you so much once again. We will be coming back in the winter.

My recent experience with greatrentals was one of complete satisfaction. Seeking a vacation home to accommodate my three and a half year old granddaughter and family was my primary goal. My secondary goal was to do this with as little stress as possible between Florida and New Hampshire! Finding the spectacular mountain home of Kevin and Lois McCarthy on greatrentals was the beginning of a dream vacation! The home was everything and more than I ever could have ever anticipated and the caring and friendly manner of the McCarthy's professionalism was outstanding. We feel we have new friends and I have indicated a desire to return to NH next summer.

Lois & Kevin, We throughly enjoyed our stay at your warm, & cozy condo. We appreciated the ample supply of towels, paper products and comforters. It was great to come home from skiing to "heated bathrooms" and a fireplace (The skiing, by the way, was the best we've experienced this early in the season - especially at Bretton Woods) The view from the living room was inspirational. My sons commented we could watch "The Pats" on any TV, but certainly not with a mountain range as a back drop. Thanks for everything. Hope to return soon! Betty Gomes & Family
