Lahaina Shores is a small boutique oceanfront hotel (199 rooms) situated on a quiet, reef protected beach within a short walking distance of historic Lahaina town. Frommer’s describes Lahaina Shores as “Maui’s hidden jewel of a hotel”. While our condo is offered as private lodging, our guests enjoy all of the resort features; the refreshing swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, outdoor gas BBQ grills, manicured lawns, and an island activities desk for helpful information and reservation assistance.
This spacious one bedroom condominium has a master bedroom, a seperate living room which acts as a second bedroom, two full bathrooms.It is clean and updated, private enterance, ground floor location with a private lanai and it sits on the best oceanfront location in Lahaina.
Amenities include two very comfortable queen beds with high thread count sheets, a fold-out sofa in the living room, 42 inch flat screen television in the living and a flat scree tv in the bedroom, cable, free high speed Internet hook-up, full kitchen, washer/dryer and on site parking.
Wake-up to the sound of gentle waves and tropical birds, enjoy the fragrant ocean breezes and anticipate the amazing sunsets viewed from your ocean front lanai. Being on the “sunny side” of the island, you will always have the best weather conditions with far less rain and wind than other locations on Maui. Lahaina Shores is a lovely alternative to busy, high density and much more expensive resorts. The wide beach and ocean is only thirty steps from your private lanai offering a mile long beach for strolling. You can literally watch whales leaping out of the water from your living room during the winter months.
A coral reef twenty-five yards offshore makes the beach calm enough for children to play on, for beginning snorkeling, ocean kayaking, swimming or wading. Just a short walk down the beach and you will discover ideal waves for beginner/intermediate surfing (lessons available). Basketball and tennis courts are nearby.
Next door at 505 Front Street there are three superb restaurants, I’O, Pacific O and Hecocks. In addition, the complex has a Pizzeria, general store, shops, and the spectacular “Feast of Lele” Polynesian Luau. Take a short 3-block walk and find yourself in the enchanting town of Lahaina. No visit to the island of Maui is complete without seeing this unique historical whaling village. Visitors from all over the world come to explore its array of colorful shops, art galleries and restaurants, or to pick the perfect location to watch the “not to be missed Maui Sunset”. At Lahaina Boat Harbor you can partake in water sports, deep-sea fishing, submarine rides, sailing, scuba diving, whale-watching and boat trips to neighboring islands.
Maui is the golf center of Hawaii with over 15 nearby courses. There are two challenging courses just a 10-minute drive away, at Kaanapali. Three more are available 15 minutes away at Kapalua, home of the Mercedes Championship. Forty minutes away you will find three outstanding courses at Wailea.

Why the Owner Chose Lahaina Shores Beach Resort
We choose this location because of the LOCATION. The setting is on a semi-private beach of over 1/2 mile long. We are ground level directly on the beachfront. The other big bonus of this spot is that it is only a short 4 block walk to Lahaina with its wide variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants.
