Our villa is in a prime location. It is very close to the ocean with a beautiful view and it opens out onto the courtyard and the pool. Take advantage of our spacious courtyard to have a catch, throw a Frisbee, set up a croquet game, play bocce.... Cool off in our lovely pool. Take an evening stroll to Cologny Plaza for an ice cream. Take a morning stroll on the beach or a bike ride. Use our complimentary pass to play tennis on the courts directly across the street from our villa. Use our complimentary membership to the Players Club Fitness Center only blocks away. They have an indoor pool, whirlpool and gym equipment.
Hilton Head Beach Villas have only 30 units on 5+ acres of land. Each unit has an individual carport. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The top floor has 2 bedrooms each with king size beds and individual baths. The lower level has one bedroom with twin beds and a full bath. The lower level also has a den/family room with a sofa bed, TV, DVD/VCR player, table and chairs for games and puzzles. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living areas with flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. The lower lever has a patio with a picnic table and grill that opens out onto the courtyard.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation in your lovely villa. It was perfect for our family. Having the first floor all to themselves suited my daughter, son-in-law and three children perfectly. We loved the new sofas and we were so happy to have the cart to carry our gear to the beach. The location is great, so close to everything. Loved having the bikes, too, and the gated grounds were very much appreciated. We look forward to seeing you next year!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
