Ready for a fun and relaxing vacation with family or friends? Just steps down to the lake from this fully furnished and updated private 2200 sq. ft. lake front home that has a large private dock including sundeck. This second home sits on a wooded lot in the first cove on the estate side of the Tan Tar-A Resort, with private parking for four cars.
Walk down to the lake for swimming, fishing, maybe catch some sun or climb into your boat or wave runner all from your private dock with ladder. Maybe you would prefer a pool, ok, walk over to one of the large estate pools and enjoy the sun and water. Or maybe you would prefer to just relax on the 45 foot main deck, perfect for entertaining, dining, napping or just taking in a relaxing view of the lake.
For Breakfast, lunch or dinner there is a outdoor gas grill besides the fully equipped kitchen for either indoor or outdoor dining. Three bedrooms with full baths, laundry room, irons/boards in each room. Each bedroom has a balcony or deck access to view the lake.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, Second bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and the third bedroom has two full beds with, cable TV and DVD. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, again with cable TV and DVD and a wood burning fireplace.
Golf course, marina with boat and wave runner rentals, boat rides, stables for horseback riding, tennis, touring cart rentals, miniature golf, bowling, gaming arcade and indoor water park in the resort. Pizza at Sbarro's, Burger King, Coffee Shop, bars and restaurants, full service beauty care, spa/salon, massages, all a cove away, and nearby is the 112 store outlet mall.

Per night based on a 3 night rental, 2 nights off season:
Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend .. $350/night .. $2100/week
Sep 2 - May 25 .................. $200/night .. $1200/week
Weekly rates reflect one free night. Repeat customers receive 5% discount.
Reservations required with minimum $350 deposit. $100.00 Cleaning Fee.

This house was everything it advertised. We had 10 family members stay comfortably for five days, and the kids couldnt get enough of the dock for swimming, fishing and boating. Easy access to Tan Tara resort activities. House interior is in good shape, and well appointed. Everything was ready for us at 3pm on our arrival date. We will definitely stay here again if available.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family stayed over the Fourth of July weekend of 2011. We could not be more pleased. We had the house maxed out with 12 people (three couples with kids)and still had plenty of room to move around and play. Each bedroom is in its own portion of the house so we had our privacy too. The owners, Jerry and Stacey, we quick to reply with emails, and more than accomodating for our family. The house is fully stocked with 3 coffee pots, popcorn popper, plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Enough towels for all, washer/dryer, everything worked great. We had a perfect view of the fireworks put on by the Tan-tar-a resort and the boat dock was also big enough for the whole family. We had so much fun, it was hard to return home on time! THANKS AGAIN!!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row. Both years, the house was not ready at the time promised we could check in. I have emailed the owner about the situation with no response.

Our family of 7 stayed and had plenty of room, loved the house. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you can imagine. We brought our pontoon and it fit perfect in the boat slip.
