Located in the guarded, gated community of Las Conchas; Serenity Sands is a beautiful beachfront property. As you enter the home you will find an inviting and well-appointed great room that includes a TV, VCR, DVD Player, and Satellite TV, wireless internet and free phone calls to the U.S. A beehive fireplace will provide warmth during the cool nights, a perfect place to enjoy family and friends. Just outside you will find 1800 square feet of deck offering an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. The brightly colored kitchen is fully equipped and the perfect place to prepare a meal at the end of the day.
This tastefully decorated home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite has a king size bed with an incredible ocean view and a private bath, satellite TV and office space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom just across the hall, satellite TV and is also facing the water. Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds and a spacious bathroom. For your convenience there is an outside shower where you can rinse after a day of fun in the sun on the beach. Home includes a/c and central heating.

My family's favorite place to vacation is Las Conchas! We have stayed in many other rentals here and were still looking for our perfect rental home. We FOUND it at Serenity Sands! We love your home! Robyn and E are so nice and easy to work with. The home is beautiful and everything is kept in excellent working order! We are looking forward to our next trip here and will recommend this home to all of our friends here in Gilbert, Arizona.

We recently stayed at Serenity Sands with our family of 5 and another family of 4. Accomodations were great. We were worried that we weren't going to have enough beds for everyone, but that was not an issue with a comfortable pull out couch in the family room and three other bedrooms. The location is perfect - we were directly above the beach with incredible views from the spacious patio. Kitchen is fully updated with 3cm granite and very nice wood cabinets. The place was also very clean and loaded with all the kitchen utensils/pots/pans you could want. Some of us did some deep sea fishing and caught dinner for one of the nights we were there - the trigger fish and rock bass was amazingly fresh and tasty. I ended up leaving my watch behind, but within a few hours of contacting the owner I heard from her caretaker, and she had the watch and we ended up meeting in Phoenix the following week so I could get it back. The only negative I can think of related to not having local channels on the Direct TV satellite in the house. We wanted to watch the Arizona basketball game on CBS, but it did not come in on the tv, but that's why we have Slingbox so everything worked out. Overall a great experience that we would recommend to anyone.

We travel to Rocky Point every summer for our vacation and this is by far the best home we've ever stayed in! The owner has very lovingly cared for every detail, and it is beautiful inside and out. Owner is very caring and accomodating. We have recommended this property to all of our friends. We have three young children, and it is the perfect setup for us right on the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, the bathrooms beautiful, and the living area relaxing. Our favorite place to be is on the amazing porch overlooking the sea of Cortez. Thank you for an amazing stay! We'll be back!

We really wanted to do something fun for Labor Day weekend. Since the kids had no school and we didn't have to work we decided to leave town. We got an opportunity to stay at this beautiful beach front house in Rocky Point so we jumped on it! We first had to get the kids birth certificates within a couple of days of going so it was a little crazy. We got all the docs in time and were able to go. All the people down here were super nice and helpful (even when I couldn't speak any spanish and they couldn't speak any english) Thank you so much for letting us stay, we had the BEST time. We didn't ever wanna leave!

My stay here at this gorgeous beach front property was better than anything I've stayed at in Hawaii. I just love it down here and would highly recommend it to everybody. Nothing better than being right here on the beach. Just walk out the door and there is the ocean. Can't wait to come back again and drink margaritas at sunset.

We've vacationed many times in Mexico but nothing compares to this place! For one week we had our own private home right on the beach overlooking crystal clear blue waters. The home was beautifully remodeled right before our arrival with granite countertops and tile floors. There was plenty of room for all of us by having 3 separate bedrooms. The moment you walk thru the front door your eyes are drawn to the incredible view of the water just beyond the back veranda. It was simply a paradise on the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone who may be planning a vacation to Puerto Penasco. We are all definitely going back next year.

In April of 2010 we were fortunate enough to be able to take a literal "break" from everything and we moved down Puerto Penasco for 5 weeks. Needless to say, it was an experience of a lifetime. Staying in this house was absolutely amazing. Every single morning we awoke - looking out from our bedroom right on to the Sea of Cortez. Dolphins, seagulls, pelicans were always abundant. Not too mention watching our favorite Osprey hunt for fish or just ride the breeze down the beach. The marine and animal life is spectacular. Likewise, everyday was an opportunity to walk down the balcony steps, right onto the beach for a little fishing from shore or even from the kayak that was included with the house. Being on a 5 mile stretch of beach, this house is located pretty much right in the middle of the guard gated community of Las Conchas. During the week, there were copious days where we could look 2 miles in either direction and not see a soul. We literally had this entire beach to ourselves. Taking walks on the beach and through the various reefs each morning, and evening ,was one of the many highlights of our time here. The house itself was so perfect. Great kitchen for preparing those 'catch of the day' dinners right out of the Sea of Cortez. The large laundry room was also a huge plus during our lengthy stay. Additionally, the master bedroom has a very functional office 'nook' with a desk, high speed internet and internet phone - which made those necessary connections to the 'outside world' very convenient. However, the signature feature to this house for us was the very large, wrap around patio. We spent much of our time reading, relaxing, and - with the wireless internet - sometimes working from the outside on the patio. The over 180 degree view of the Sea of Cortex was absolutely mesmerizing. We have stayed at many nice homes in the Las Conchas area over the past 15-20 years. However, this house has become one of our very favorites. We feel extremely blessed to have been able to have this opportunity - and to stay in a home that treated us so well during our time on the beach.

I cant say enough nice things about this home. Right on the beach, beautiful interior, quiet, tranquil, a must stay for anyone. Home had every ammenity you could want for a vacation. Owner was very helpful in getting things ready with us. Cant wait to stay there again!!! I 100% recommend this place!!!
