This 3 story luxury villa is located 1/2 mile east of Georgetown, Great Exuma in the gated community of February Point. Situated overlooking Crab Cay, this villa offers spectacular vistas and serenity in modern comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee in the gazebo at the water's edge and scan the water for sea turtles that frequent the calm waters in the morning.
The villa is three levels with decks on all. The main entry level consists of the living room and dining room, kitchen, laundry room and powder room. French doors open to the shaded porch where chaise lounges welcome guests. The gas grill is on this level for outdoor grilling. Satellite on the flat screen TV and broadband access are on this level.
The second level has 2 en suite bedrooms. One king or one queen sized bed in each room with a private bath and shower. French doors open to the wrap around verandas in the rear of the house and the balcony in the front of the house with views of Georgetown harbor. Both sides of the house are available to take advantage of the prevailing breeze. The third level is the Master suite with a king bed and large closets as well as a jacuzzi tub and shower area.
The French doors open to a spectacular view of Crab Cay and the harbor to the east beyond. The villa will comfortably accommodate 6 but inflatable mattresses are available to accommodate additional children as needed. February Point has an infinity pool and beach area to enjoy that are steps for the villa as well as tennis and a fitness center. Georgetown harbor is easily explored by small boat and is accessible by renting a boat from Minn's in town.
The beautiful waters of the harbor are yours to explore and beaches and snorkeling are plentiful. Water taxi service is available if boating is new to you. Relax at the Chat-N-Chill on Stocking Island or hike on the nature trails there to the highest point for an amazing view of the surrounding beauty. Explore the backside of Crab Cay and find the shrine of conch shells left by boaters from around the world. Georgetown is quaint and has all the necessities at the local markets including ATM machines.
Drive around the island and enjoy dinner at the Peace and Plenty or the Exuma Fish Fry. Down the road past the airport is the Four Seasons at Emerald Bay should you want to play golf or eat at one of several restaurants. This villa is beautifully furnished and will make your stay in paradise carefree. If you need more space the villa next door is 3 bedrooms and is available as well.
