All three bedrooms offer balconies with stunning views to the ocean and grounds. PUNTA CANCUN consists of only two towers with many full time residents. It is secured by gated entries and 24 hour security. It is private and personal YET walking distance to EVERYTHING!

I HIGHLY recommend walking next door and enjoying their wonderful buffet breakfast. Enjoy your HERMOSA on the patio while being captivated by the lush grounds, pool and ocean views. It is well worth the few steps next door!
*RIU CANCUN is on the other side. You can purchase a daily pass which includes all your food and drink, entertainment and kiddie camps. We have stayed there before and have had a great time! Also, a doctor is always on staff at the RIU just in case...

* Next door you can book any Mayan Riveria Excursions.

You are walking distance to everything...shopping, world-class restaurants, Night Clubs, Pharmacies, Convenient stores, car rentals and booking of many wonderful excursions such as Mayan Ruins, Xehla, XCaret. Jet skiing also right next to our beach. Daily passes to the all-inclusive resorts.....all walking distance!
