Location: Crescent Beach, Florida (10 minutes south of St. Augustine) North East, Florida, USA. An hour south of Jacksonville International Airport.
Accommodation: Two story House, four bedrooms, three baths, two full kitchens, two separate living areas, sleeps (10-12), internet, cable television.
Crescent View offers the best of all worlds. It is the quintessential cypress sided beach house with rustic charm. Located on an acre lot with a high dune it presents amazing views. It's huge wrap-around porch offers both ocean and intercoastal views. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. Inside it is clean and comfy, fully stocked with all of the modern conveniences of home. You will be only minutes from the restaurants, shops and art galleries of downtown St. Augustine with its quaint European heritage.
Imagine spending your days and evenings enjoying the sights, sounds and breezes of the ocean. The Great room on the second floor is beautifully furnished with commanding (sweeping) views of the Atlantic. Watch for dolphins and whale playing out front, appreciate the sea turtles on the dunes.
On the first floor there is a newly renovated family room with French doors leading out to the beach. Both floors have fully furnished kitchens. This home would happily cater to two families.
All four bedrooms have ocean views. The second floor has a split plan. The master, set apart from the rest of the bedrooms has a king bed. It has magnificent views of the ocean both to the east and to the south. There is a sliding door directly to the porch.
There is a queen in bedroom #2 which also has private access to the oceanfront porch. Bedroom #3 can accommodate the kids with a full bunk bed as well as an additional twin. The final Bedroom #4 is on the first floor with a queen and French doors opening to the beach.
There are three full bathrooms. The master bath has an inviting jetted soaking tub. The first floor bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a huge open shower. There is also an outdoor shower for the nature lovers.
Lounge on the amazing wrap around porch, a great place to dine or take the walkway to your own beach pavilion. Partake in the miles of lovely hard packed sand.
All in all Crescent Views can offer one the classic family vacation or an idyllic romantic get away.
