1110 Duneside villa is the perfect ocean front accommodation for you! Located in the West Beach area of Kiawah Island, this 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom villa boasts wonderful views of the ocean and is such a short walk to the beach, world-class golf courses, tennis courts, shops and restaurants.
Located just 40 minutes from historic Charleston, on Kiawah Island's West Beach, makes this villa with beachside charm the ideal location for a family escape.
The first floor of the villa houses the main living area, consisting of a step down living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast eating area. There is a screened porch just off the living room and a deck with direct beach boardwalk access. The living room offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, couch and three chairs with the sliding doors leading out to the porch. The dining room has a beautiful wood table with seating for 6 people. The breakfast eating area just off the kitchen has a round table with seating for 4 people.
The kitchen offers the standard cooking equipment, refrigerator, microwave, oven, range and all the utensils you will need for preparing family meals.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, all with their own private bathrooms. The back two bedrooms offer ocean views and access to the rear deck which has lounge chairs perfect for enjoying the ocean views and the sunshine. One oceanview bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. The third bedroom faces the front of the home and offers two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV as well.
This villa also offers you access to a community pool, only for Duneside residents. This is a benefit not available to many rental properties on Kiawah. An area to shower off is located on the beach boardwalk as well. There is ample off-street parking in front of the villa for you and your guests.

Non-refundable $45 damage fee on all stays.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.

We absolutely love Kiawah Island and will keep coming back. This condo was wonderful....very clean, very comfortable - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would request this villa again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Views from the upstairs deck are especially nice, and we enjoyed eating family meals on the large screened porch. The property was very clean and well maintained, but a bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and the kitchen. All the bedrooms had nice tvs, and we were able to connect to the Wifi with no trouble.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa - we have been to Kiawah before but never stayed at Duneside Villas... we loved it! The unit was stocked well - we didn't need anything. We spent a week at this villa in August. The rooms looked exactly as they did on the website. Everything was very clean. The location was great, a stone's throw from both the beach and the pool. We had a nice time, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Spent a week in the awesome villa over the July 4th holiday. Very well equipped, layout of living areas on the first floor, bedrooms on the second gave everyone room to spread out. Can't beat the location- very near the boardwalk to the beach, and across the street from the neighborhood pool. Very satisfied with our selection of this villa, and hope to return soon.

We enjoyed four wonderful days in this lovely villa. The ocean views from the living area on the first floor as well as the master and queen bedrooms on the second floor are just as described. The property manager was so great to work with us as we could not rent for a whole week. We really appreciated their flexibility and understanding. We would highly recommend this particular villa, but if it is not available we would certainly recommend renting another property managed by Akers, Ellis and Truluck! And we recommend Kiawah!

We spent a week at the beach and had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed and was very close to the beach; which was great with 3 small children. We will definantly return to Kiawah!
