A home away from home. We had 4 adults and 2 children. Children loved the pool table and games. We were so comfortable and it was a joy to come back from a long fun day at Disney to relax in this spacious home and swim in the privacy of our own pool. We would stay again. Thank you The Maraman familyRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

10 of us (4 adults & 6 kids) stayed for 7 nights, there was more than enough space for all of us. The house was well equipped and clean. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Backyard pool and spa was excellent and private. Tis was truly a home away from home and likely the only way I will ever do Disney from now on (this was our 3rd trip to Disney). The drive to Disney was short, grocery stores close by (house evn provided a discount card to Ralph's groceries). I think you could walk to Disney but would be a hard sell to little kids on the way home. The double washers/dryers was so nice when traveling with kids. House also had a good selection of toys and videos and games, all clean and cared for.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed at this home for an extended family trip to Disney with cousins and Grandparents this month. This was such a nice home. There was plenty of space and the home feels fresh and updated. The home is very clean, has nice upgrades, and feels very comfortable. The theme rooms were a big hit for the little boys and girls. The garage game room was very fun. We were so impressed with all the accommodations such as strollers, high chairs, etc. The owner Julie was so nice and easy to work with. You can literally see the fireworks from the back yard. This home is a 3 minute drive to Disney parking garage. We will be staying again!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Had a memorable family reunion and trip to Disneyland/California Adventure and enjoyed each others company the entire time. The home was as nice as the picture portrayed. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much as it was warm while we were there and the adults enjoyed after the little ones were sleeping. We enjoyed the double washer and dryer that came in very handy with 11 adults and 7 grandchildren. (Another bathroom would have been nice). We took advantage of the kitchen and saved ourselves a bundle on food as we packed lunches and I brought a crock pot and we had dinner ready when we came home from our days adventure. (the strollers and pack n play and high chairs were fantastic--there is also ice chests to use but we brought our own) The only thing was one night we wanted to bbq and we knew we were responsible for the propane but there was no mention of the fact that the propane was all gone in the bbq ;( that was a bit of a downer but we improvised and cooked the meat in the oven. We had plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it was great that my daughter and her husband with the 3 kids were willing to take the princess room with the bunk bed and full set up that worked out well. Julie was great to work with. There were several things you needed to do to check out so you didn't get your deposit "dinged" but with many helping hands I believe we met all the requirements and I am hopeful that we will get our full deposit back. Would stay there again it was fun having the entire family in one place. Made a week full of "forever memories". ThanksRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We picked this property for the location to Disneyland as well as the accomodations. 12 adults and 5 kids. We all had plenty of space to move around and enjoy ourselves. We spent a full week here arriving from various parts of the country. Spent two days at Disneyland, one day in LA and one day at the beach. Other days we relaxed by the pool. We planned our meals and bathroom schedules. In the evenings we sat outside in the front yard at 9:30 to watch the Disneyland fire works. The house is fully equiped with all the towels you could ever need, two pack n plays, five strollers and three high chairs. Those who traveled by car brought extra coolers and we loaded them with water. The grocery store is right down the street. We loved the backyard it is very large and comfortable for eating breakfast on the patio to having your dinner on the patio. Plenty of seating and overall enjoyable. Julie the owner is very accomodating and always there to answer any questions. She has a detailed book on things you would need to know about the house, and she emailed me a week before the trip to provide me with check in instructions. The house is very clean and neat. LOVED the double washer and dryers. I wish I had that in my own house. That really made things easy for us because otherwise you would always be doing laundry. Nice big hot water tank for all the people that we had, we never ran out of hot water! It was a nice relaxing trip. We were all sad when we had to leave... Thanks Julie... it was great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Renting this property for our week of "making memories" was the smartest choice we could have ever made. We brought our children and four grandchildren (ages 4,7,10 &13) for their first visit to Disneyland where we played very hard for three days. We were able to save money by getting up and having breakfast and making a picnic lunch to take to Disneyland then we would come back to the house for dinner and let the kids swim in the pool. There was so much room in the house that we never stumbled over each other and there was so much for my grandchildren to do. Julie makes it easy for you by providing information on local beaches, stores, restaurants ect. We will definitly use the King Properties in the future. Thank you Julie.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: We are so happy to help families vacation dreams come true. Growing up in Southern California myself, I try to recommend things to do from the "local" perspective. Knowing that all enjoyed their visit is satisfying. Thank You! Julie & Bill King

We had a wonderful time staying at this house last week. It had plenty of room for our large group. All of the bedrooms were plenty big and had plenty of closet space. My daughter loved playing with all of the disney dolls in the house. The house had everything we needed. Even 2 washers and Dryers which was a great bonus. We really enjoyed how close it was to Disneyland. We could hear when the fireworks started each night. We are already wondering when we will be able to come again and use this house. We don't want to stay at a hotel for Disneyland ever again. A house is the only way to go. We were able to BBQ and cook each night which was nice after eating the overpriced food at the park during the day. We hope to be back soon!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Three generations vacationed together in this house. We all agree it helped to make our stay memorable. Back home in our freezing weather we all miss the pool. The house is very clean and well stocked. Was recommended to us and we would certainly recommend it to all our friends and family. Enjoyed the fireworks from Disney in the evening, from the front and back yard. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The home is designed not only for adults but for kids. Plastic cups and plates was provided and even a games area. With 10 adults and 5 kids in my group, we were concerned there would not be enough utensils but all were adequately provided including the laundry detergent! Wished there was an extra toilet and this house would be a 6 stars location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home was a perfect place for our families from Canada and Australia to have a reunion. There were six adults and six children and the accommodation was perfect for our group. The home is much bigger than portrayed in the pictures and has just about anything one would could wish for.The amenities were exceptional for both kids and adults. The outside entertainment area is ideal for a family meal and the pool was probably the highlight for the kids.Disneyland was about a ten minute drive away.Walmart and other stores were about five minutes away.We absolutely loved our stay in this home and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.Thank you very much Julie.....you made our six little Princesses very happy!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
