Visit the agricultural valley of the San Juan Mts = Montrose, Colorado and a ROCKY MTN RENTAL RETREAT, THE AG HOUSE. The AG house is designed for vacationing family renters, sport enthusiasts, hunters, fishermen, skiers and bicyclists. Pets are welcome. This charming house was built in the early 50's and sleeps up to seven people. The address is 835 N. Uncompaghre Montrose, CO 81401. The AG House is centerally located to Units, 61,62,64 & 65 and is easily accessible to the truck route bypass and Hwy 550. The house is stocked for family dining/ BBQ ing/Hunting Camp meals/One Dish & Crock Pot meals/Bread Machine and has a selection of old & new cookbooks, history, recreational books & maps, movies and games. Large plasma TV - 20" x 30"
The Ag House is wheelchair accessible and is one level. Wide hallways and "open" dining space.
RV Hook up & Parking Available. Boat/Trailer Parking Available. Lockable fenced yard for ATV's Trailers, ect.
Lion's Park is 3 Blocks away. The park has a swing set, Large trees for shade and is bordered by a paved lit path that will take you 6 blocks south to the Main Street.
HUNTING SEASON: Available Options: Rental of De Boning/Game Processing Room with or with out Lodging. Lodging with or with out Meals. Meals delivered, served in house or kitchen stocked with requested groceries.
Game Processing Room complete with Gambriel, Bone Saw, Knives, Sharpening Stone, Floor with Drain, Freezer, Game Bags, Cheesecloth, Vaccum Sealer, Butcher Paper, Tape, Butchering Chart, . Bulk Seasoning of Kendra's Kitchen Rub & SW Seasoning (very low in sodium and no msg)
Lodging includes free use of deboning room & the tools and storage in freezer. Game Processing available by a trained person for $375.00. Shipping available.

Park is a Victorian built in 1911 and will be remodeled/restored to it's era and 523 S. Park was bulit in early 30's and will be resorted/renovated and designed in it's era. 539 S. I established Kendra's Kitchen Natural Foods, Inc. in Telluride,Colorado in 1987. I chose Colorado to call home as I fell in love with the natural beauty of the state, the outdoor sports, clean air and the sparkling blue skies. I cooked in a Hunting camp in the Telluride area for 4 years and in the Durango area for 2. I have served as personal Chef to Ralph Lauren, Christie Brinkley, Kelso & Jo Sutton, former publisher to Time Magazine, and have catered for many prominents leaders such as General Schwartzkopf and speakers of the Ideas Festival in Aspen. I trained at the Cordon bleu in Paris and specialize in SW French Fusion Cuisine, Colorado Cuisine and BBQ's and Home Comfort Hunting Camp Food. Each house is stocked with The Kendra's Kitchen Rub & SW Seasoning which is very versatile, has no msg, very low in sodium and the Healthy Gourmet BBQ Sauce which is preserved with seaweed. Both complement each for a perfect SW style BBQ! The lastest - Kendra's Kitchen was chosen as member of the month by Colorado Proud & Colorado Dept. Of Agriculture for the month of May.
