This charming and comfortable condo was completely renovated and decorated in the summer of 09. It has new wood and tile floors. New bathrooms and the only gas range in the Kamalii compound. The Kitchen is a dream, bright with gorgeous views and well equipped -stainless cookery.

My name is Louanne Ellis. I have spent twelve years visiting the north shore of Kauai, and decided I wanted my own place to live and share. I have another home in Santa Fe, New Mexico where I have lived for fourteen years. When my friends ask why I am leaving Santa Fe, I can say truthfully that I come here to rejuvenate, rehydrate, and restore my connection. I am active, love to cook, and stay in shape. I trust, that you will love Kauai as much as I do. It is pretty close to heaven on earth. It is no accident that Hawaii is called the rainbow state and here I am in the rainbow connection. Why the Owner Chose Villas Of Kamalii
I like being out of the busyness and slight congestion of the town area, yet am within minutes to get to the beach. I like being slightly higher, it is breezy and has great views. I bought it because this is where I chose to spend my time while in Kauai. I have friends within walking distance and am looking forward to the development of a new health club and restaurants in connection with the reopening of the new St. Regis Hotel, I am not sure what they are going to name it.
