  Our family just returned from spending an unbelievably wonderful time in Fripp. First, the island is perfect for a relaxing, beach vacation. Second, Donna's place is fabulous! There's more room than you can imagine, the porches are wonderful, the place is clean, well decorated....just perfect. The location of the house can't be beat because you are around the corner from the pool, around the corner from the activity center, around the corner from the crabbing dock and a short (fun) golf cart ride to the beach. Thanks, Donna for making this one of our best summer trips ever! We would highly recommend this place.

  we really enjoyed our family beach trip at the sea breeze on fripp island. it was our 1st visit to frippp but definitely not our last. the house is incredible...so well stocked with everything we needed. we loved touring the island on the golf cart! we loved the view as well as the screened porch. it was very nice to hop over to the pool, ride the golf cart to the beach, walk out on the pier and enjoy the deer! a wonderful family vacation had by all and we fell in love with fripp!!

  Donna your home is BEAUTIFUL! The location was perfect. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 yr old and a miniature poodle. LOL. The screened in porch off the living room is to die for. I loved sitting out there looking at the beautiful breeze, listening to the kids in the Cabana pool and resting. The island is also beautiful. It's very restful, but also plenty to do. I would recommend Donna's Sea Breeze home to anyone looking for a beautiful friendly home to stay in. The only thing I didn't like as they say was we didn't have but a week to enjoy it. Thanks Donna.

  My family just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at The Sea Breeze and found everything to be just as the owner described. From the location, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the comfortable beds with great sheets, it was great! The Cabana Club Pool is just around the corner, and one afternoon I enjoyed the live music poolside while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Visitors can park their vehicles once they arrive and trade it in for the golf cart. Our Fripp vacation was one of the most relaxing we have ever had and the "perfect" family getaway especially when staying in Donna's wonderful property. You will not be disappointed if you book this listing.

  This home is absolutely beautiful, just as the photos indicate. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner is great to work with too! Fripp Island is a great place to get away from it all. The wildlife is amazing.

  Donna, Thanks for renting us your beautiful beach house. We really enjoyed it. I was not disappointed in it. You have done a gr8 job with decorations just like i new u would. We really had a gr8 time will come back and bring Kate next time. Johnson Creek tarvern was a gr8 place to eat. Thanks again, Love Karen & David Davis

  We have been going to Fripp for 20+ years. Donna's house is by far our favorite property on the island. The house has everything you need...and more. Pet friendly is a huge issue for us and that worked out perfectly. We had three boys under 9 and there was plenty of room for adults and children alike. Having the golf cart included is also convenient. Donna is so accommodating....a perfect get away.

  We just spent the first two weeks of May at Fripp -- and loved the island. Seabreeze is a wonderful house -- all the rooms were very comfortable, cool breezes made the porches a pleasant, relaxing time, and the kitchen was like being at home. I was able to prepare our traditional seafood meals -- Frogmore Stew, New England clam steam, and the Blue Crabs. The fish market just before Harbor Island was very convenient. We enjoyed the wildlife, and each evening took a golf cart ride to enjoy the deer, egrets, etc. The beach is excellent for walking, and a short walk from Seabreeze is a wonderful pier to fish or crab. Donna was just wonderful with suggestions for island activities, anything we needed at the house, and other areas nearby to visit. Do take heed to grocery shop on your way to the island -- the nearest big grocery store is back near Beaufort. We usually go to Destin, FL, Panama City Beach, or Myrtle Beach. When I found the Seabreeze on Fripp Island, I thought this would be a nice change from the crowded locations. Well, it was exactly what we wanted -- a relaxing vacation where we could really enjoy our stay. Donna, thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home and island!

  Were we so pleased with the beauty, both inside and outside of this well-maintained home. Lovely beach-themed decor adorned each room. The furnishings were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well-appointed, with every possible item needed for preparing meals and snacks. Baths were outfitted with plenty of nice towels. Kitchen and baths were spotlessly clean. Four porches provided ample space to enjoy the outdoors from both the front and back of the house, with plenty of seating. The location was great, with views of the ocean and inlet and marsh. The golf cart was a wonderful way to explore the island. The owner provided many amenities that made our stay easy and pleasant. The home is close to the Cabana Club and Camp Fripp, and the pier at the inlet. We did not use any of the area restaurants, so having a well-equipped kitchen and dining area were assets we really enjoyed. We hope to return to this lovely home as soon as our schedule permits.
