We love our beach home and are delighted to welcome guests to share the incredible beauty and magic of our island. We are pet friendly with no limit to number or size of pets (how great that pets on leash are allowed on Fripp beaches year round). We also offer complimentary wifi and high speed internet service, TV's and DVD's in all 3 bedrooms, as well as living area. Views are from four porches of the home-with comfortable furniture to enjoy the viewing of either the ocean or marsh. Gas and charcoal grills are available for delightful outdoor cooking. Five adult beach bikes are available for a pleasant bike ride anytime of day.

Camp Fripp, which offers special art/crafts and outdoor activities for the kids and Skull Inlet Pier, perfect for fishing or catching your crab for dinner! Ocean Creek Golf Club is within 5 minutes and Ocean Point is just 10 minutes. The wildlife views are spectacular. Deer visit the home each morning and can be found all over the island mingling with the visitors. Beaches are just a short distance away, load up the golf cart with chairs, beach towels, sand toys for the kids and you're off to the beach.

- Fripp "Amenity Cards" are MANDATORY for all rental guests who plan to use island facilities such as golf courses, tennis courts, pools, restaurants, and club houses. The cost for these cards are $50/person/week during the summer season and $35/person/week in other seasons. These are not included in the weekly rental fee. If you would like Amenity Cards please advise us and we will arrange for them to be ready for you at check in.

Fripp Island offers a wonderful opportunity to see "The Low Country" and it is an awesome place!
We have been visiting there for 14 years, and are still amazed at its beauty of nature. It is such a getaway from the busy life. It is close to Savannah, Charleston, and Hilton Head, which make for great day trips. You are 18 miles from Historic Beaufort, which has so much to offer for a wonderful day of exploring. You can experience the low country at its Best!
The Unique Benefits at this House
PRIVACY and AMENITIES: A two minute walk from the Cabana Club with, 3 Pools, Bar, Cafe, and SPA. The Camp Fripp Activity Center, and Crabbing Docks are within site. Ocean Creek Golf Club is only five minutes away and ten minutes from Ocean Point Golf course. Our road is a "no outlet" so the traffic is minimal. It is very quite and peaceful, a very safe location for children to play or ride bikes or just go for a walk.

We made a visit to Fripp Island for a week-end with friends in 1994. It was our first visit to Fripp Island, and we fell in love with a piece of paradise. On our return home on Sunday, we had purchased a lot with a contract to build within a year. We moved into our beautiful home on July 15, 1996. We love everything Fripp Island has to offer and built and furnished "The Seabreeze" as our second home. We later decided to welcome visitors to our home to experience the Fripp Island life when we are away.

We have been going to Fripp for 20+ years. Donna's house is by far our favorite property on the island. The house has everything you need...and more. Pet friendly is a huge issue for us and that worked out perfectly. We had three boys under 9 and there was plenty of room for adults and children alike. Having the golf cart included is also convenient. Donna is so accommodating....a perfect get away.

Fripp Island Relaxing Beach Vacation

We just spent the first two weeks of May at Fripp -- and loved the island. Seabreeze is a wonderful house -- all the rooms were very comfortable, cool breezes made the porches a pleasant, relaxing time, and the kitchen was like being at home. I was able to prepare our traditional seafood meals -- Frogmore Stew, New England clam steam, and the Blue Crabs. The fish market just before Harbor Island was very convenient. We enjoyed the wildlife, and each evening took a golf cart ride to enjoy the deer, egrets, etc. The beach is excellent for walking, and a short walk from Seabreeze is a wonderful pier to fish or crab. Donna was just wonderful with suggestions for island activities, anything we needed at the house, and other areas nearby to visit. Do take heed to grocery shop on your way to the island -- the nearest big grocery store is back near Beaufort. We usually go to Destin, FL, Panama City Beach, or Myrtle Beach. When I found the Seabreeze on Fripp Island, I thought this would be a nice change from the crowded locations. Well, it was exactly what we wanted -- a relaxing vacation where we could really enjoy our stay. Donna, thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home and island!

Were we so pleased with the beauty, both inside and outside of this well-maintained home. Lovely beach-themed decor adorned each room. The furnishings were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well-appointed, with every possible item needed for preparing meals and snacks. Baths were outfitted with plenty of nice towels. Kitchen and baths were spotlessly clean. Four porches provided ample space to enjoy the outdoors from both the front and back of the house, with plenty of seating. The location was great, with views of the ocean and inlet and marsh. The golf cart was a wonderful way to explore the island. The owner provided many amenities that made our stay easy and pleasant. The home is close to the Cabana Club and Camp Fripp, and the pier at the inlet. We did not use any of the area restaurants, so having a well-equipped kitchen and dining area were assets we really enjoyed. We hope to return to this lovely home as soon as our schedule permits.

We absolutely loved the Seabreeze. My husband & I hope to go back sometime. We really felt right at home. There was enough room for 6 adults and 3 children and we never felt cramped. We loved sitting on the porches at any time of the day. If you are going to Fripp Island, SC you should really check out this house to rent. We went to SC for our son's wedding and there couldn't have been a more beautiful place to have it than Fripp Island!

The Seabreeze is a wonderful place to stay it is exactly as it is in the photos. One of the childrens pools is walking distance from the house. The beach is a short golf cart ride away with many options for beach access crossing. No golf carts on the beach. On Fripp you must have a Club card to enjoy all the amenities of the island this home owner provides these and they were waiting for us ready to go. If you do not have the cards you cannot swim in pools or buy anything on the island. The Seabreeze is located adjacent to the Warblers fishing pier which gives you amazing views to the marsh, the ocean and fishing and crabbing potential. The house is very clean and comfortable with four porches to sit on. I can honestly say that this was best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed at down to the kitchen shears and chip clips. This house is very pet friendly we have crate trained dogs and the house worked well. There are lots of dogs on the island. There is a leash law on the island and you must clean up after dogs which we did. The leash law is for the safety of the dogs as well (alligators!). Our dogs had a wonderful time chasing crabs on the beach at night. The views from the top deck of the house are wonderful. This house is a perfect for a trip to Fripp!

This was my family's first time coming to Fripp Island. It was an absolutely a fantastic trip. The house was gorgeous and the owner was great about contacting us and updating us on information. The best part of all is the house is pet friendly. My family was able to bring our dogs this year. They loved getting to ride in the golf cart looking at the deer while heading to the beach for a daily beach walk. The people on the island are incredibly nice as well. If you are looking for a piece of "The Carolina Life" then come to Fripp and stay here. We are currently already booking for next summer!

Donna, I have stayed in your house twice, and would certainly choose to again. Each time was with a group of ladies, for which the location and decor was perfect. We were able to walk or take the golf cart to any place on the island, and enjoyed the privacy that a separate bath for each bedroom offered. Having dinner on the screened back porch overlooking the water (and deer) was just the best! Fripp is a great location for a holiday!

We loved staying at the Sea Breeze. The house was just right for our families, 8 in all, plus granddogs. Everything needed was supplied, well thought out. The grandkids and dogs loved the porches, we all did. Sea Breeze is just a wonderful place for a family to stay, a lot of room for 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 5 adults. The wild life is unbelievable; the deer came right up to you....A great place to stay when visiting Fripp Island. Would love to go back.
