We love our beach house and are delighted to welcome guests to share the incredible beauty and magic of our island. We are pet friendly with no limit to number or size of pets ( pets on leash are allowed on Fripp beaches year round). We also offer complimentary wifi and high speed internet service. Views are from every porch and window of the home- either of the ocean or the marsh.

Seabreeze House is in the perfect location- a 5 minute walk to the Cabana Club which offers 3 pools, hot tub, pool bar and cafe. Families prefer this location due to the multiple activities within walking distance. Camp Fripp, which offers special art/crafts and outdoor activities for the kids and Skull Inlet Pier, perfect for fishing or catching your crab for dinner! Ocean Creek Golf Club is within 5 minutes and Ocean Point is just 10 minutes. The wildlife views are spectacular. Deer visit the home each morning and can be found all over the island mingling with the visitors. Beaches are just a short distance away, load up the golf cart (rentals available) and head to the beach.

  • Double Bed (2) : The top floor also has the bedroom with private covered porch and own bathroom. We call this the Golf Bedroom!

  • Fripp "Amenity Cards" are MANDATORY for all rental guests who plan to use island facilities such as golf courses, tennis courts, pools, restaurants, and club houses. The cost for these cards are $50/person/week during the summer season and $35/person/week in other seasons. These are not included in the weekly rental fee. If you would like Amenity Cards please advise us and we will arrange for them to be ready for you at check in.

  • Pet Friendly: Pets are family too!! No restriction on size or number. There is a pet fee - $100 for the first two pets. Fripp beaches are pet friendly year round- but must be on a leash.

  • Your home was lovely and the perfect place from which to enjoy Fripp Island. We think that your location (and Fripp is big!) was best for our needs - close to fun pool for kids and beach club. Our favorite was sitting out on screened porch and enjoying the view with our dog. Your pet friendliness was much appreciated and a big deciding factor in our rental. Bedrooms are huge for beach house - very comfortable and pretty. Liked the cul-de-sac too which felt safer for small children with virtually no traffic. We hope to come back to your home next summer and appreciate all you did to make this the perfect place to stay.
