  We had such a good stay, the owner is very receptive. The loft is amazing and with a lot ot style. It was nice to be able to come back to the loft in the afternoon and relax with a good Merlot on the top floor and enjoy the beautiful sunset. It is located in Palermo Soho, defenetly the best neighbourhood of BA. This rental is a must, we recomend it !

  Our family of five stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful time. Pre arrival communication was excellent. Patrick is very easy to work with and was very prompt to answer all the questions we had. Janis, the lovely property manager keeps the loft immaculately clean and is always ready to help with a big smile. The loft is well designed and equipped for functionality and comfort, especially the beds. The neighborhood is charming (except for all the dog poops----a serious issue here in BA) and is walking distant to grocery stores, fruit stands, boutique shops and restaurants. There is a park in front of the loft where all the taxi drivers take their coffee breaks so getting a taxi is super easy. There is also a small Saturday farmer's market right in front of the house where you can get fresh fruits and homemade sausages and fish for a fraction of the price that you might get at the local stores. We made fresh OJ everyday from the oranges we got at the farmer's market and the fish we got was fresh and delicious. Persicco, the ice cream store is just down the street and is open until 3am for those who wants to indulge after midnight. Patrick has an extensive list of recommended restaurants in the area in a folder at the loft and they were spot on. Of the restaurants we tried, we like Sarkis, Don Julio, La Cabrera, Damiana, Siga la Vaca and El Establo----all down to earth, simple, fresh food.

  The loft is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The location is THE BEST IN TOWN: safe, best transportation, convenient: everything happens in this neighborhood! You want breakfast at 11 AM just walk 2 minutes, dinner at 11 PM walk the same 2 minutes... Yanis and Patrick the best honest people you can deal with something that is very important when you are in a foreign country. I am not a foreigner in Buenos Aires and I rent here a lot, this is one of the best places I ever rented. Super recommended!!!

  What a wonderful place to stay and absorb the pulse of Buenos Aires. Palermo Soho is a vibrant mix of trendy shops, interesting restaurants and good local shopping for fruits, vegetables, fresh pasta and Argentinian products. (Manchego, good source of Argentinian cheese, meats, olive oils etc.) The loft was great for cooking outside on the parilla (b.b.q.) and inside on the stove. Loved the sound system and being WIFI hooked up was an excellent asset. The hostess was charming!! and very helpful, helping us with shows, restaurants, taxis etc. Thanks for the wonderful time and hope to return someday.

  Having to travel to BA on a regular basis, I found this amazing loft that feels like home to me, and I will book it every time I go back. Even my Argentinian friends love to come over to visit and take advantage of the parilla and great setting! Its in the perfect location and the set up is really functional, on top of being trendy and still very reasonable in price. I only have great comments to make of this place and the owners (who are quick to respond to any inquiry!) I lived in BA for over a year, and this is the type of place that I would consider buying, if on the market! great great deal. Annie

  From first booking this loft we had such good communication with Patrick the owner we knew this was going to be a special stay. On arrival we found that we were staying in probably the best location possibly in Palermo Viejo. The setting is perfect and if you've never been to Buenos Aires before this is the place to stay. The loft is up a couple of flights of stairs and Amabel the loft manager greeted us with smiles and kisses. So friendly and welcoming. The loft itself is clean and very cleverly designed. We loved the lounge area and big windows looking onto the square's park. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and the star of the property had to be the hardwood balcony with large umbrella (essential in BA summers) and of course a genuine Parilla. Don't be scared you can get some excellent meat from the weekly market (thanks for the advice Patrick) and the local Carrefour which is 2 minutes away sells wood for cooking with. Local highlights include Cluny a great restaurant for lunch. La Cabrera on nearby Honduras has two locations and opens each alternately. A stunning place to devour the nations favourite meat. Local ice cream shops supply amazing ice cream. For wine I'd head across to multi chain Winery (shop on the edge of Palermo Hollywood) and in the Palermo Jumbo. Carrefour has good wines - try Colome Torrontes (white) or Colome Amalaya for the best value malbec. Hunt out en Emigo if you go to winery. Special but pricey;. So for a great value location Patrick's is hard to beat. We have been to BA before staying at the Four Seasons which is excellent. However I wouldn't hesitate to book this loft as BA is an incredibly and friendly city to stay in.

  We stayed at this apartment two separate times on our trip to BA both stays were wonderful. Our second stay was a last minute change and the owner was very flexible and accommodated us on short notice. Location was great, in a trendy area with cafes, bars and an excellent selection of restaurants. Apartment was very clean, Wi-Fi worked well, the pictures and description are accurate. We stayed with 3 teenagers aged 16-20 and they loved it, need we say more!

  I spent two nights at this property in November 2011. The location is fantastic - along one side of Plaza Armenia in an area with many great cafes and shops, with a big grocery store just a few blocks away - and the property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a short or long stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the roofdeck as well as chilling in front of the flatscreen TV, and were even able to do some laundry while we were there. The property manager was very flexible and able to meet us as needed given our schedule, and the apartment was very clean. Everything we needed was provided, including reliable wifi, laundry and dish detergent, dishes, towels and sheets, and there was even a nice assortment of guidebooks to use along with a list of recommended restaurants and sights created by the oner. Do note that the apartment is a third floor walkup with additional stairs inside leading to the bedrooms and then the roofdeck; this is a great setup for groups where people want some "alone time" and we loved it, but as a result this property may not be a good choice for people with mobility issues or very young children. One other thing - it can be VERY hard to find owners in this area to do stays that are less than three days, so the fact that this owner is more flexible is great!

  Our family loved staying at such a wonderful place. The owner was super helpful, the location is perfect. Everything you could need or want is within walking distance. Great market on the weekend at your front door! Very clean, new and well mantained, they put alot of work into the place. If we go back to BA, we will stay here again! I would recommend to most anyone, maybe not for children under 5, or for people who do not like stairs. Fabulous!
