If you are flying in, I keep a Lincoln Navigator(seats 7) at Tidewater in the parking garage. It can be made available if you are over 26 with their own proof of insurance for an extra $400 per week.
This nearly new 2250 SF corner end unit is the best of all units in Tidewater. Sleeps 13. Everyone that has stayed here said they loved it. The wrap around corner balcony provides a full view of the Gulf looking straight out from the balcony while the pool is located directly below on the end of the building. This is the only stack that is direct gulf front with any view of the pool. From the wrap around the corner balcony, you are close enough to throw a baseball in the Gulf or a ping pong ball in the pool (but don't). The photos tell the story. The biggest draw back to most condos is that during the busy season, the elevators can be a little slow. No Problem! You can walk down one level to the garage walkover or down four levels to the beach.
Tidewater is located a short walk from Pier Park. Pier Park has everything. There is over a million square feet of shopping. Stores like CHICO's, Hollister, Dillards, Abercrombie, Target, JCPenny, Nike, Victoria's Secret and CROC are just some of the stores you will find. There is a 16 screen movieplex and even a Starbucks. There are great restaurants (Margaritaville, Back Porch, Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Lonestar Steakhouse and many more).
This 2250 SF unit is the largest unit in Tidewater. The 90 gallon hot water heater never runs out of hot water. Everything is first class. The living room, dining room and kitchen all run together, so a large family can spread out but still be together in the same area.
Tidewater is the closest condo on the beach to the new Panama City Beach Airport. McDonald's, Arby's and Pizza Hut are less than a block away. Dusty's seafood is two blocks away and is the best Seafood in PCB. With Pier Park one direction and a Winn Dixie grocery store a half mile the other direction, you can walk to either one in 15 minutes. Once you have arrived at Tidewater, you really don't need a car. Just relax and enjoy the beautiful blue water. Expand the map on this site and you can see how close we are to new airport, Pier Park and the Ball Parks.
The price also includes fully paid rental for a pair of beach chairs with umbrella every day. The beach chairs are reserved daily on a first come first serve basis at the beach, so be sure to get down in the morning before paying customers rent them first. You can go back to the condo until you need them if you are not yet ready for the beach on a given day.
King bed in master bedroom and in the second master bedroon, then one queen bed in the other bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room and then the bunk room has 2 pair of bunk beds with a trundle bed under one of the bunks (that is how it sleeps 13). All bedrooms are big rooms, as is the living/dining/kitchen area.
Tidewater is also located near Frank Brown Park (2 miles) where many youth sporting tournaments are held.
Stated rental price includes all taxes, cleaning fee and optional travel insurance. Don't be misled by others quoted base rates that are sometimes 60% of the final rate.

This is a wonderful escape from reality! The condo was absolutely perfect. We vacationed with another family and it fit 2 families of 4-5 with extreme comfort. Spacious and luxurious is the best way to describe this condo. The kids loved the bunk room, and the adults enjoyed our own privacy in our rooms. The kitchen was so spacious and perfect for a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a nice home cooked dinner after a relaxing day at the beach. It was also a perfect corner location for watching the kids at the beach or in the pool. While we had transportation, we didn't really need it as everything was in walking distance. The kids really enjoyed being able to wake up every morning and go straight to the beach. While the beach was our favorite attraction we also enjoyed Deep Sea Fishing, Walking down to Pier Park, & Dinner at Dusty's Oyster Bar. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

Our annual trip to Florida sent our family to Panama City Beach this year and we loved it!!! We always travel with another family with children and this condo handled two families of 4-5 perfectly. The bunk room was excellent sleeping for teenage boys, while the girls had their own bedroom and bath. Parents enjoyed privacy in their rooms and the spacious kitchen, dining and TV room was great for games and lounging with all. The corner condo was exactly what we needed as it allowed us to step out any door and see the kids, at the pool or the beach, and we were close enough on the 3rd floor to watch the teens. We enjoyed dinner at Schooners the most, on the beach, outdoor dining and live music. While we had transportation, it wasn't needed too much because so much was within walking distance. The amenities within the condo complex were great, the grill, the coffee shop and the movie theatre. Also enjoyed the parasailing and banana boat rides! The view and the sound of the ocean every morning made the entire experience wonderful. We would recommend this location and condo to anyone wanting a beautiful and relaxing vacation, even with teenagers! Outstanding!!!!

This condo was absolutely fabulous. The access from the airport was simple and convenient. We were right on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach, pool and Gulf. Great Pier Park shopping and nice restaurants are very close by. We recommend eating oysters at Dusty's Oyster bar which is only a couple blocks away from the condo. The listing description was accurate and even nicer than the pictures. The condo was very clean and the owner helpful with all our questions. We would recommend this property to anyone. Hombres Golf Club has 27 holes of challenging golf and is only a 15 min drive. We are already planning our return.

Not only is Panama City Beach a great vacation location but this condo is equally as great. It is very well maintained and offers a fantastic ocean view. My husband and I along with our 2 daughters enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

This condo is beautiful. The living room and kitchen/dining room are open and spacious. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms made our stay wonderful. The condo was professionally decorated and had a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool. It was nice that the kids could go to the pool and we could see them from the room. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful. The bathroom is huge and so is the large walk-in closet in the bedroom. Because there was a washer and dryer we were able to keep our beach towels and clothes washed so we didn't haul home a bunch of dirty laundry. It was great to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the view. So peaceful and romantic. McDonalds was just across the street and other eating establishments within walking distance. There is also a restraunt on the premises. My daughter loved the shopping at Pier Park. There are also several restraunts within a mile. We can't wait to go back! We have reserved the same condo again for later this summer. The owner of the condo even called us and welcomed us on our day of arrival. I would recommend this condo to everyone...and I have!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo in May. It was such a nice place with lots of room for everyone. The condo was in a perfect location being on the 3rd floor and a corner unit. We could not have picked a better spot! We look forward to staying at this condo again next year----or sooner, if we can do it! Thanks for the perfect condo for our family vacation!
