  We reserved Maggie's townhouse very last minute and the owner was so accombodating to our needs. The townhome was a perfect amount of space, had EVERYTHING we needed - towels, dishes, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The community was close to so many restuarants and stores. Very easily accessible. Very clean and cozy. We were adopting a baby and this place couldn't have fitted our needs better!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  Maggies townhouse is a great place to vacation it's a home away from home very clean & spacious & Lake Mary is a great location it's only 45 minutes from the Orlando attractions & 30 minutes from Mt. Dora there's something for everyone, we had a wonderful holiday there, Linda & Dennis from NJ

  We were as happy with you as guests during February and March, as you were with our home and its location. It is wonderful having delightful people with whom to share our home. I know you saw many sights, and kept the routes well traveled, as you enjoyed various locations in FL during your stay. Nice also visiting with you whenever we had the opportunity, and appreciate the respect with which you treated our property.

  Lake Mary is a great location for a Florida Vacation! And, this rental was indeed like having a home away from home, very clean and with all the necessities at hand, in a great neighborhood, and close to restaurants (TooJays our favorite) and shopping. We caught the first nighttime run of the Daytona 500, "experienced" a day at The Villages with all the tricked out golf carts, quite a few days at New Smyrna Beach with dinner at The Garlic, visited with friends in Fort Myers and saw the Edison-Ford museum, and of course we even went to Disney, and much more... Next time we need to plan ahead and encourage family or friends to come along and share this spacious home.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: We have always liked the Lake Mary location. It is in the middle of everything. Plenty of shopping in the immediate area for all the necessities, and only 20-30 minutes for most anything. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for being our guests. Beverly

  The community in Lake Mary is very nice and your home was most spacious and well decorated, equipped with sheets, towels, paper goods, the extra basket etc.

  Our home is available for the first time in many years this winter. Harry and Dorothy, and Russel and Dawn have filled the calendar during the winter for many, many years. We are missing them. Both Dawn and Dorothy lost their husbands, and have not made the trip back to stay alone. They were such wonderful guests, taking care of the property as if they were the owners. We will miss having them each year, but hopefully some others will choose to take over their reign as guests in our home. Alan and Rose, Jim and Vivien, and Mel and Ann all loved FL so much after staying in our home that they bought their own place in FL. Thanks to each and every one who have made our ownership at Heron Cove such a joy. Beverly

  Hello Beverly, Dorothy and I are so happy to be able to come back to this lovely place - our home for the past several winters. Although each year we think we will pass it up and stay in Michigan, by October we find ourselves deciding to go just one more winter. We missed your place the winter we decided to change and go to the west coast. We were so happy to come back to our home here in Lake Mary. Although we have never met, I feel you are like family. You have been so kind, and have taken such good care of us each year, and each time we have a problem, you help us fix it. We know you are just a phone call away. Thanks for all your help. Thanks for being able to hear your voice on the other end of the line when I say, "Bev, can we rent again this year?" As ever, Harry and Dorothy

  Dear Bev & Tom, We have always been going to write in your book each time we have stayed here over the past few years, but time runs out. This time we are going to tell you, at the beginning of our stay, how much we enjoy your lovely, well equipped home. Our time has extended from one week a few years ago to six weeks the past 2. All our famly have enjoyed staying here and making it their "home away from home". We all hope we can come again next year and beyond. The location is perfect for all the Florida sights as well as to be able to be with some close friends. We are really looking forward to our six weeks here again, even though none of our family will be with us this year. It's been wonderful to be back again to this lovely home. Russell and I will enjoy every minute that we are here –– Our children and grandkids love this place too. We are really looking forward to our six weeks again. Thanks again, Dawn & Russell

  Dear Beverly and Tom - Too soon our time has come to a close - what a wonderful time it has been!! We are headed back to several inches of new fallen snow - and that also, is too soon. We have especially enjoyed the great walks, the 80 degree weather (above average for January, we understand), the warm nights.
