Kapalua is a destination resort area with several beautiful beaches, including one of the most beautiful in the world -- consistently ranked as Maui's best beach. Kapalua boasts two fantastic golf courses. The Plantation Course hosts the PGA season-opening Championship tournament (formerly known as the Mercedes Championship). In Fall 2008, the Bay Course hosted the LPGA.
This Ridge Villa has gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean, the neighboring island of Molokai, and the coastline north to Honolua Bay. The unit has a spacious living room with dining area, full kitchen, and full bath downstairs, and a master bedroom suite with separate his-and-her vanities and full bath upstairs. (Total unit square footage is 1100+.) The condominium is light and bright, with many windows. Tropical breezes keep it pleasant and comfortable even on the warmest day.

Why the Owner Chose Ridge at Kapalua
I spent my teen and college years on Oahu, and came to the mainland for a work opportunity. It was a dream of mine to return to Hawaii. Kapalua represents the best - a quiet location with beautiful ocean views, lots of recreational opportunities, and no traffic!

Our condo is very quiet, with a gorgeous ocean view. We have many guests that have told us they arrived, and canceled other plans -- staying on the resort property to relax and enjoy the fabulous views.

What a perfect vacation get-a-way! The condo has spectacular and expansive Pacific views and is very comfortable. We loved relaxing on the lanai at sunset and the spacious master suite. It's perfectly situated on a quiet ridge, within easy walking distance to the magnificent Kapaula Beach, tennis, golf and restaurants. We stayed a week, after a few days in Wailea for a friend's wedding. While Wailea is wonderful, we prefer the lush beauty and less crowded atmosphere of Kapalua. We can't wait to return.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
