  This is a wonderful unit with an incredible view! Large Kitchen and master bedroom. Love the double shower in the master bathroom!

  We just got back from a wonderful stay at this condo. The owner was extremely accessible and easy to work with. Plenty of room...........would probably sleep more than actually indicated. Huge kitchen area.........bedrooms are good size............within 50 feet or so of the beach. Highly recommended!!!

  Located near the quieter, eastern end of the Panama Beach strip, this property was as nice as it looked in the listing pictures. My husband, my two teens, and I arrived on a Saturday. Check in is usually at 4pm but the owner called to let us know that the cleaning would be done ahead of time to allow for an early check-in. As we had arrived a day early and spent one night in a hotel by the airport, this was great news! The check-in was very simple and quick and we were inside the property in minutes. Opening the door we saw how clean and nice the condo was. There was plenty of room for the four of us and we could have easily brought friends for the kids. My son enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds, my daughter took the second bedroom with the spacious attached bath, and my husband and I loved the master bedroom with its sliding glass door to the huge balcony, the double sinks in the bathroom, and the two person shower. With the king in the master, the queen in the second bedroom, the two bunks, and a folded single in the walk-in closet, you could easily fit a larger family. The kitchen was fabulous with marble counters, a bar for eating, and all the dishes and cookware anyone could need to make any meal. There was also a huge glass dining table where we ate and played board and card games with the kids at night. Having laundry right in the condo was very convenient. I was able to wash all of our clothes and towels before we left and came home without the burden of dirty laundry. The living room had plenty of space for all of us and a great TV with cable and it also opened to the balcony. The view from the 19th floor was positively breathtaking and there was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and to watch the pelicans flying by. Though the water was slightly rough in the beginning of the week, the last few days it was calm and clear and you could watch the stingrays playing in the shallow water at dusk. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to relax and are hoping to return next year around the same time. Many thanks to a wonderful owner who took the time to make sure we were satisfied, promptly answered questions via email, and checked in with us again after our departure.

  We were blessed with great weather all week. The view of the sunset was spectacular. It is very close to many nice restaurants, sights and activities.

  I was delighted with the condo, the size of the rooms, the kitchen and most importantly the view. We had only two days where it was cloudly but I still read underneath the umbrella in the chairs on the beach. Walking the beach and looking for shells all the way to St. Andrews Park in the morning was refreshing. The property people were very helpful. Nicole, the condo manager was very professional and attentive. Thank you for sharing your condo with us this spring break.

  Had a super time in upsale condo that was as comfortable as being home. Loved the decor and the view was as good as it can get....not street noise.....SWEET!

  I had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo right on the beach in PC. The view of the ocean from the balcony is better than a tranquilizer or sedative. The large glass doors that open out onto the balcony from the living area and from the master bedroom allow the same impressive view with lulling sounds of the ocean waves. The heated pool is perfect for an evening swim. Only a short drive to Captain Anderson's and the Boatyard...2 of my fav restaurants and just a short walk to Schooner's, a great bar/restaurant that is open to the beach area with live music! I plan to return very soon. Thank you Steve, i enjoyed your place much!

  Seven friends and I arrive on March 3 for our college spring break. We opened the door to Steve's place and everyone was ecstatic. The place is furnished so nicely and there was room for all of us. The location is great too, far enough away from the center point of panama city beach that we weren't annoyed with anything. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. Steve made the stay for us very worth while. Appreciate it all Thanks!

  I can't say enough great things about my stay at this condo. We booked early on due to busy schedules between the 7 of us going. The entire booking process went very smoothly. There were 7 of us going ages ranging in the early/mid-twenties, both male and female. We were all eager to get there! The minute we walked into the condo our jaws dropped! His place was BEAUTIFUL! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was big enough for the 7 of us to fit comfortably with enough space for clothes, hanging out, sleeping arrangements, as well as cooking. The condo was very accommodating to living needs throughout the week providing a washer, drawer, pots, pans, and a dish washer. We all woke up every morning from the sound of the waves crashing and had breakfast on the balcony together. Every morning we witnessed dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony view! Given our ages, we wanted to do the bar scene as well as have time in the sun. The condo was only a $10 cab ride round trip per person to the main bars and attractions. We liked being close enough to the "party scenes" yet far enough where we could just relax without all the commotion. We were pleased with our decision to stay a little bit away from the main "attractions". The hotel has it's own pool and bar on the first floor. The bar staff was incredibly friendly, made great drinks, and delicious food for lunch! Our group went there to eat and get drinks everyday! I highly recommend booking this condo for your next trip! It was easy, convenient, beautiful, and reasonably priced. All ages of people would enjoy this place. My family is already looking into booking a family vacation there next year, and my friends are already looking into dates for our next spring break to stay at this same condo!
