Enjoy the tranquility of a gated community with its own marina where you can rent a boat, jet skis, or simply relax and enjoy a cocktail or a bite to eat at the marina restaurant/bar.
Barefoot Landing is just across the intercoastal and contains numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment for adults and kids alike. The beach is less than 2 miles away and the free shuttle stops at the pool which is just steps from the screened porch of our unit.
Four Championship courses are on property and include designs from : Norman, Fazio, Love and Pete Dye. The area also has an abundance of great miniature golf courses for the kids.
There is entertainment galore in the area including live shows at the Alabama Theater, The House of Blues, The Grand Ole Opry, Dolly Parton's Pirate Adventure and much more.
This is our family vacation property that has only been used by us and our friends, so it is extremely clean.

The unit was very nice and conveniently located to the beach, pool and locate shops and restaurants. It was very neat and included everything that I needed for the week. I would definitely recommend the property to a friend and/or relative.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers.

this was one of the better vacations wehad as a family my son was here for a baseball tournament and that was a great time. The plus was there is just so many things for everyone to do in myrtle beach my wife and my 16 year old daughter loved the week also because they had plenty of the beaches and shopping to keep them busy. the codo was great it was very clean right next to everything you need having the shuttle pick you up right outside the back door was great. Also the pool a couple feet away was a major plus my whole family would like to thank Jim and his family for all there help and a great family vacation that helped us enjoy a true family vacation will definetly be back thank you again Jim and your family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Beautiful condo, very clean. Porch faced pool, which was very convenient. The community also has a very large main pool with restraurant/bar that had some kind of entertainment everyday-& pier to rent jetskis! Boardwalk next door, with many restaurants & shops. 5 min. From beach & other activities. Owner was very helpful-would def.rent this condo again!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great location! As described is a big deal to us and they did not disappoint. We will definetly go back. Very easy to work with!!! Loved it!!!Recommended for: Families with young children.
