  I have stayed in vacation homes many times but I can honestly say that I have never stayed in a home that I have felt like I was at home. This house has everything. We rented the house for a graduation weekend event, now wish we had stayed the week. The weather was disappointing and raining, but didn't matter as we had so much to do in the house. First off, let's start with a dream kitchen, relaxing living room, spa bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The patio area and yard are wonderful area to relax in. The layout of the home and the decor is top notch. In addition, the house is stock with essential supplies, towels, tissue, cleaning products, laundry products, etc. For entertaining and cooking, you can't beat this home with it's serving pieces, kitchen aid mixer, viking stove, let me just say wow. They even had cookbooks, wine chiller, toys and games for the kids, like I said everything. My nieces cried when we had to leave and my heart sank a little too because it is definitely a wonderful vacation home that can accomodate a large family with five bedroom areas. The dining room is wonderful as well, although we didn't use it much because the kitchen area was large yet cozy, we just loved sitting the breakfast bar to eat. Let me just say this house had it all, we decided to cook pizza one night and they even had two pizza stones for us to use. I was tempted to make a wedding cake because they had the different tiered baking pans, had the blender for smoothies for the kids. The neighbors were very nice as well, very quite street. You will no go wrong renting this home anytime of the year.

  I rented this home for a Labor Day mini vacation for a total of four families. Each family absolutely LOVED the house including the kids and 4 wives, who all are totally different! lol! The backyard was a fab size to allow the kids to run around and play. My husband and I definitely plan to rent this home again. This is NOT just a house to rent...but a home to stay in. They have anything you may have forgetten and that was a great help also! We'll surely be there again nxt year some time!! :)

  If you're looking for a fantastically appointed and wonderful home which is conveniently located to enjoy the natural beauty of the Eastern Shore and Assatuege island, along with the dining, nightlife, boardwalk, beaches and seafood of Ocean City, look no further. It truly feels as if you are a guest in a friend's home rather than a rental. Everything was spotless, including linens, rooms and more. Not to mention the amazing kitchen, huge master bedroom and bath, living room, back yard and more. I dare you not to say "Wow" the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommended.

  This place was awesome it was a total of 11 of us that stayed all family we all had plenty of room and was not on top of each other at all we went food shopping at the food lion and the house provided the card to use so that we can get all the discounts i just thought that was a nice personal touch there was a nice welcome watermelon waiting for us upon our arrival we cooked everyday breakfast lunch and dinner and everything that we needed was already there in the kitchen spices, oil, foil, pots, pans just everything and if u are not the cooking type there were several take out menus there for you as well we were all able to go home with clean laundry bcuz there is a washer and dryer on both floors the beds just slept comfortably i mean this house had top of the line everything like i love . everything was 5 star from the furniture to the appliances me and my family have rented house all over and this time we did not hv to waste time to meet with a realtor to get the keys it is left right on the door in a lock box we were going to cook out and use the yard the last day b4 we left but it rained so we were not able to use the outside grill but we will be back again the list goes on and on to much to list but you will not be disappointed with this house rental at all it was close to everything frontier town was right up the road as well as food lion and the green turtle resturant and only a few miles from the ocean city boardwalk and the owners are very friendly and attentive i forgot something behind and they contacted me and offered to mail the item back to me i just think this was a over all 5 star experience i have stayed in some of the best hotels and they have customer service skills just like any 5 star hotel i have stayed at

  This house was truly a treat to stay at for a long weekend. Every amenity possible came with the home with a kitchen a top chef would dream to cook in. The house was spacious, immaculate rooms, had top of the line appliances, and PLENTY of room to sleep 12-14 people. Another great feature was that the house came with a park pass so our group of 11 girls loved the free beach and park access that was approximately a mile away. Probably the most fun part was discovering everything the house had to offer! To impress 11 women to "jaw dropping" status is truly a feat. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy Ocean City without having to stay in Ocean City proper. Hopefully we'll be back soon!!!

  The property surpassed our expectations. While the listing and the photos were accurate, they did no justice to the actual thing. Not only was the house spacious, spotless, well-maintained and well laid-out, the owners had clearly put much thought in the amenities. Almost any appliance/gadget one would need was there. (I say almost only because we are avid hot tea drinkers, and there wasn't a kettle or a teapot). I especially liked the personal touches Mia added. The folders giving us normal instructions and short-cut directions to stores/attractions in the area. The wall-mounted bulletin board that was a quick cheat-sheet of reminders and instructions. Mia answered most of our questions before they were even asked, and provided extremely prompt communications (phone and electronic) for the rest. There were 14 of us (including 4 children), and we had a blast. The spacious accommodation allowed us to "spread out". Sitting around the "gathering place" felt as comfortable as if we were in one of our own homes. I would heartily recommend this property to any of my friends or relatives. With one caveat: read Mia's personal folder before taking off to Walmart. A couple of my siblings didn't, and a 10 minute trip took what seemed like 2 hours! This property was definitely a home away from home.

  The property is great, well maintained and the owners have personalized it very well. The house has a great patio. The house has all the accessories including double ovens, a great gas range, TV in most of the rooms and awesome look and feel. The house is very well decorated and almost like a model home. We and our friends enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for people wanting a extended vacation close to Ocean City and Assateague Island. Things to improve that can easily be fixed: - Electric bug snapper in the patio - Changing the AC temp required a code(that we did not know)..though it was mid-summer, it was getting a little cold in the night - spots of stagnant water in the backyard causing a odor. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we enjoyed this yearly getaway with our friends.

  Owner response: The location of the house, in the South Point Road corridor of Ocean City is a natural peninsula surrounded by natural bays & wetlands. Periodically, (not often) the natural ebb tide will release an odor associated with the wetlands. This same condition is found throughout the area including areas of Ocean City that are close to wetlands. The odor has nothing to do with any conditions found at the house (the water in the yard came from our built-in water sprinkling system).

  This was absolutely the best stay yet at Ocean City. We went as a group and everyone had fun without being on top of each other because the home was so BIG. Although in a somewhat private neighborhood it was still very close to shopping, the boardwalk, WALMART... the outlet's all of the restaurants... everything was within a 5 min drive. The home was everything and more than the picture showed. Absolutely beautiful.... I could not thank the owners enough and if this home is available next year we will be back!

  Our Family Reunion of 3 generations was PERFECT in every way! We chose this property because we felt it would suit our needs and when we arrived we thought we walked into a HGTV home. Luxury, immaculate and the location was exactly what we wanted. The golfers in the family to Eagles Landing a few minutes away, the shoppers to White Marlin outlets, very short ride to Ocean City for the beach and the 3 miles of boardwalk, the fishing harbors where we purchased frest seafood for the grill masters that evening-and what a grill! We spent another day exploring Assateague Island for its history with wild ponies and its own private beach. We were all amazed of the beauty of this beautiful, natural setting of this State Park. Local restaurants were delicious from the Orange Crushes at Harborside and lite fare/fine dining at Sunsets! Such a variety of fantastic restaurants for all ages and convenient to our house. The mini-week of Sun-Thurs was perfect as we had four nights together and we are already planning for next year for new adventures and returning in the evening to sit, relax in this fabulous home and review our stories of the day. Our memories of happiness, good times and being together were wonderful and fun at Mia's property and exactly what we wanted. We were away but not far away from the action and had the best of both worlds and Mia accomodated our every wish. Thank you for making our time together a wonderful memory!
