Aptly name Point of View villa enjoys spectacular, unobstructed ocean views from the pool, the wrap-around terrace and patios of the house, and is the perfect spot to experience amazing sunsets.
The interior of the home is 5600 square feet, and is interconnected with breezeways that integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, while assuring privacy and creatively optimizing the space for groups or families.
The villa features amazing and enjoyable outside areas: a spacious wrap-around terrace with outside living room area facing the Atlantic Ocean and Grace Bay, and a huge pool deck with and additional outside dining and living area with ocean views.
Lounge by the pool or take a short walk down a stony path from the villa to Babalua Beach. Or drive a few minutes by car to arrive at the famed Grace Bay beach, a 7 mile stretch of the sparkling white sand and azure blue waters.. Once there, you may partake of a myriad of activities, such as walking, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, or charter a fishing trip or boat excursion.
The tastefully furnished living area of the villa is located in between the wrap-around terrace and the pool deck allowing the guests to enjoy the pleasant breezeways thanks to the hill top position of the villa. The furnishing are upscale and comfortable. Pure vacation luxury!
Connected with the living room the breakfast area and the kitchen. The state-of-the art kitchen is equipped with everything you can need to prepare your meals. Otherwise, at your convenience, in-home dining is offered as an amenity for extra cost. You may opt for a cooked and served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or any combination you prefer.
The villa features 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom: three of them feature comfortable king size beds; two suite have a queen size bed; another bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. All suites have their own TV, and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
The Point of View Villa features all the amenities to make your Caribbean stay comfortable, memorable and most-of-all relaxing. The house was carefully designed to welcome up to 12 guests comfortably. Thanks to the integrate indoor and outdoor spaces while assuring privacy, the space is creatively optimized for groups or families.
Providenciales is an amazing island. The weather is always temperate, and it seems to have endless days of sunshine and mild temperature. We have placed ceiling fans throughout the villa to keep our guests cool during the days in which the breeze calms down. For your comfort, metered A/C is available in every room of the Villa.

It has been an amazing experience, one of my best vacation ever. The Villa has everything you may need to spend memorable time with your family and friends. I will never forget the spectacular sunsets from the terrace of the villa. It has been my first time in Provo and spent 7 incredible days at Point of View Villa. The Island and the Villa can give you all you need for a memorable and relaxing vacation. From the terrace of the Villa I experienced the most amazing and spectacular sunsets and sunrises.The white sand beach and turquoise water must be seen to believe. and I just shook my head at the incredible beauty of Grace Bay. Friendly people, great restaurants, and all close by. The Villa felt like home to me, and the staff of the Villa has been very friendly and helpful in making our vacation a dream come true. All you would ever need is there. Thank you again to my host!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.
