Near Lake of the Arbuckle's with a lovely view of the lake from the back deck. A three block walk to the lake, seven miles to Turner Falls Playground, and Arbuckle Wilderness Animal Preserve. Three miles to state wildlife hunting preserve. Our lake house is near the Chickasaw National Recreation Area with hiking trails and nature center staffed with forest rangers. Golf course near by. Swimming and boating on Lake Arbuckle with personal watercraft allowed.
Our comfortable 1500 square foot house is accessible by a ramp for our handicapped guests. The ramp leads to the upstairs with bedroom, bath, and large kitchen, living, and dining area. Downstairs are two bedrooms, bed/utility room, bath, and TV room with 2 twin beds .Our house has a total of 2 queensized beds, 5 twin beds and a set of bunk beds. A spiral staircase connects the two floors. Separate heating and air conditioning on each floor. Please, No Smoking inside the House and No Pets.

My family wanted to have a little vacation, but still within driving distance to our home. Davis, OK offered many inticing activities, National Park, cultural center & wild animals all within a one & a half hour drive! Our granddaughter delighted in jumping off a waterfall @ the Chickasaw National Park, participating in the Stomp Dance @ the Chickasaw Cultural Center and seeing all the animals @ the Arbuckle Mountains Wilderness! We delighted in having such a FABULOUS lake house to use as our home base. Everything we could have wanted was already there! So many beds to choose from! The kitchen had every amenity we could think of....blender, crock pot & gas grill! The home owners were gems to work with. So glad we chosed this little spot to spend our mini-staycation!! Oh, and the local winery "The Rusty Nail" was a treat!!

Dear Jane and John, In preparing for our up-coming family reunion , I checked out 85% of the properties available in the Davis/Sulphur/Ardmore area and found yours to be vastly superior to the others. The care you take of your houses, the amenities, the pride of ownership is very evident. The fact that the houses are next door to each other made it so very convenient for our family of 23 to be housed in comfort. YES, we will be back and will highly reccommend your houses to our friends.
