Our luxury Condo is OCEANFRONT on 400 plus feet of Seven Mile Beach.You will enjoy watching the beautiful Caribbean water from most of the rooms and from the privacy of your screened lanai extending across the full width of the condo. Fifteen hundred square feet of space with new tropical furnishings provides the perfect vacation setting for up to six persons.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, walk in closet and double sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai. The second bedroom has two queen beds along with its own bath and walk-in closet. There is a combined living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Double sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai from the living room also. Other amenities include WiFi and Fax. Living room entertainment system includes DVD/CD VCR and library of movies, books and music. TV's in each bedroom. A full-size washer/dryer is located in the condo and daily maid service is also provided to our guests.

We love Grand Cayman, our favorite place. We love The Island Club. And we love this particular condo! We recommend it to everyone we know. One cannot say too much about this condo. It's perfect. The owner keeps it in pristine shape. It's beautiful, with a wonderful patio (lanai), right at ocean's edge. The owner and the staff are great to work with. The location is The Best. There is shade on the beach. There is a grocery close by, within walking distance - for those great meat pies (meat patties). Many outstanding restaurants are close by, within walking distance - some faves are Luca, Ragazzi We do not rent a car while there. If you want to go somewhere farther away, you can get a taxi. Paradise. Perfect. Top Notch.

We have stayed in this same condo for several times over the last 14 years. It is in the best location that you could be in on Seven Mile Beach. The private beach there at the Islands Club has never been crowded when we have visited and most of the time there has been only one or two other families there. A great place to take children of any age. The complex is very family friendly and extremely quiet. The condo is very tastefully decorated and has anything and everything that you could need to which makes for an almost perfect vacation. It did rain one of the days that we were there but we enjoyed staying in our condo just resting and relaxing. The screened in lanai allowed us to enjoy the outside atmosphere without getting wet. A simply lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or a cup of tea. In my opinion you can't go wrong staying at this property. We enjoyed ourselves so much and look forward to our next visit. As always, thanks for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of paradise!

My Husband and I have been going to the Cayman Islands for 20 yrs. The last 14 yrs. we have stayed in this condo. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and unstressful. The furnishings are lovely, constantly updated and immaculate. Our favorite place is right on the porch looking at the beautiful, blue water and the spectacular sunsets. Everything you need is within a short walk. The people in charge of the Islands Club are extremely interested in making sure everything is right. See for yourself and I am sure you will be calling it your "Home away from home."

This is definitely a dream property. In this age of mega resorts and high rises, the pure joy of being right on the beach, listening to the surf is great. In addition to the wonderful location, the interior of the condo is wonderful. It is appropriately decorated in a beach theme and includes ever imaginable ammenity. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a truly relaxing vacation.

A friend and I have been coming to Cayman for about 26 years. We look forward every year to coming back to Grand Cayman and staying at #58200. The apartment is always emaculate when we arrive. It feels as comfortable as home. It is beautifully decorated. The view of the sunset every afternoon is amazingly beautiful. Resturants and shopping are close. It's the perfect getaway. I highly recommend this location.

I have been going to Cayman since 1993, this condo is in the best location on 7 Mile Beach and it is beautifully appointed, always updated, and has every convenience to make your vacation perfect. It is a spacious 2-bedroom condo with each bedroom having its own bath and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds so it will sleep 6 comfortably. My favorite spot is the screened-in lanai where you can start your day looking out at that beautiful beach and end it watching the sunset. I also like that this is a small development with 3 3-story buildings and not a monster 7 story like the Ritz and others. The grounds and buildings are meticulously maintained and the on-site management is happy to assist you in choosing restaurants, going shopping, or picking just the right sightseeing activity. I return year after year and can't imagine staying anywhere else.
