This new, beautifully furnished, three bedroom, two bath condominium sits on the Intracoastal Waterway at Barefoot Resort and Golf. The condominium, located in the gated EDGEWATER development, boasts a beautiful pool located on the waterway, (gated also), resident's club, fitness center, and hot tub. All are within 200 feet of your condominium.
The condominium has a hotel caliber lobby with mahogany walled elevators and a sitting room off the hallway on each floor. The balcony, loacted off the living room, is a glorious place to enjoy your coffee or a cocktail and wave to the boats as they sail by. There is a formal dining area that easily seats 6. Fishing off the day docks in front of the condominium is also an option for you. Bring your fishing poles!
The Resort has an ocean front cabana for your enjoyment. You may use the 2 outdoor showers and the one bathroom which are accessible without using your swipe card, The upsatirs area is not allowed to be used by renters per rules and regulations of North Myrtle Beach. You may drive there and park on the street/sidestreets or in the public lot to the left of the cabana or take the shuttle there. Bring your own beach chairs for the beach.
The pool at the North Tower is also available for your use. It is the largest inground pool in South Carolina. When coming over the swing bridge into Barefoot, the tallest building on your left is the North Tower. Just drive over, park in the lot and walk thru the lobby.Bring your own towels. The pool is located on the waterway also. The Docksider's Grill (open to the public) is adjacent to this pool which makes it a great place to spend a cookfree afternoon. The food is very good and reasonably priced.
Linens are provided, as well as bath and beach towels. You must take you own garbage out to the dumpster. Please load and run the dishwasher before you leave.
There is so much to do and see... Four championship golf courses onsite - Love, Dye, Fazio, and Norman - along with over a hundred other golf courses along the Grand Strand. Shopping abounds with Barefoot Landing less than one mile away, Tanger outlets, etc. Enjoy famous restaurants such as Greg Norman's Australian Grille and live entertainment at the House of Blues and Alabama Theater.
Myrtle Waves Water Parks is great fun for the entire family. Don't forget the amusements parks, miniature golf, etc. Never a dull moment.

There is a parking lot in front of the building and the Yacht Club Grill is adjacent to the pool area. Just walk in with your towel, no ID necessary.

This was our 5 th stay at Edgewater. All the condo buildings are spotless and very safe. We really enjoyed the intercostal water way. You wouldn't beleive all the different vessels that travel that water way. The condo was clean and the kitchen is very complete. Judy is so trustworthy and the best to deal with. We would love to go back again next year but the unit was rented already.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My friends and I go to Myrtle Beach every year!! This is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in to date!!! Very friendly atmosphere!! Great pool and intercoastal water view!!!

I have stayed at 2 different condo's at Barefoot before I found this one and I will never look at another. The features that make this one superior is the swimming pool along with a fitness room to work out in. We also found the view from the balcony to be a great place to watch the boats go by. The condo is fully furnished with everything you need so you really only need to bring your luggage. I found the owner Judy was very accommodating when we asked questions regarding renting it. I liked it so much I booked it again for this year!!!!
