  The pictures of this extreemly clean condo do not do justice... it is even nicer and larger in person! My family and I had such a great time on our vacation and would not want to stay at any other location. This place is very clean, secure, luxurious, and in a great location. The pool is large, salt water and clean. We used the outdoor grills at the pool frequently. The ocean is close by (not exactly close enough to walk) and the use of the cabana was nice. We had a picnic there almost every day. Never heard any noises or voices from the other condo occupants. It was a blessing to have the use of the full size washer/dryer. The owner is sweet and easy to work with. She responds quickly via email. We appreciated her calling during our stay to ensure we were having a good time and that we weren't having any problems with the condo. We will recommend this place to all of our family and friends and I plan on visiting again in the future.

  Our family stayed at the complex with about 4 other families that were all there for a baseball tournament. Out of all the other units within our group this one was the nicest. The owner also offered many other little " extras" that the other families were not provided through the rental company used. The unit was more than expected. The owner was very easy to work with. I would reccommend to anyone but any families going for baseball should know that is a very central location.

  My wife and I spent 4 1/2 great months at this wonderful condo this past winter. The condo was well equipped and the furniture comfortable. The intra-coastal was quite busy with barges and pleasure boats passing on a regular basis. We made good use of the pool area and the outdoor hot tub. The clubhouse was also used when needed. The best compliment we can give would be to return in the not to distant future.

  This was our 5 th stay at Edgewater. All the condo buildings are spotless and very safe. We really enjoyed the intercostal water way. You wouldn't beleive all the different vessels that travel that water way. The condo was clean and the kitchen is very complete. Judy is so trustworthy and the best to deal with. We would love to go back again next year but the unit was rented already.

  My friends and I go to Myrtle Beach every year!! This is the most beautiful condo we have stayed in to date!!! Very friendly atmosphere!! Great pool and intercoastal water view!!!

  I have stayed at 2 different condo's at Barefoot before I found this one and I will never look at another. The features that make this one superior is the swimming pool along with a fitness room to work out in. We also found the view from the balcony to be a great place to watch the boats go by. The condo is fully furnished with everything you need so you really only need to bring your luggage. I found the owner Judy was very accommodating when we asked questions regarding renting it. I liked it so much I booked it again for this year!!!!
