GULF SIDE CONDO - NO HIGHWAYS TO CROSS!
Our home-away-from-home has been freshly painted and newly re-decorated. The living room has a new 32 in. flat screen television with a Lazyboy recliner for added comfort and relaxation. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and appliances. It is fully stocked if you enjoy cooking. It has a new washer and dryer and air conditioner to make your stay comfortable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, television and cable. You will love the indirect view of the Gulf from the second-floor private balcony. Many extras are packed into this charming unit.
The complex has something for every member of your family. There is an indoor heated pool, Sauna,and steam room in the clubhouse. The boardwalk leads you down to the 2 large pools and the sugar white beaches and of course we have wonderful tennis courts for tennis playing enjoyment.
The complex has many wonderful activites for Snowbirds. The clubhouse has the following activities planned for this winter: Bridge, Poker, Pinochle, Euchre, cards( your choice), crafts, swimming, Dominoes, Uno, Yahtze, and many other table games. There is a refreshment hour and morning coffee socials and breakfast. Special activities are planned each week. There are Casino trips, dolphin boat trips, CPR class, dog races, and Wednesday golf retreats.
The condo is just 2 blocks from grocery stores, 15 minutes from Pensacola, FL, 6 miles from the Wharf, 5 miles from the Orange Beach Sportsplex and 15 minutes from Tanger Outlet Mall Shopping. A beautiful new movie theatre has also been built in Gulf Shores.
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located on SR 182 in beautiful Orange Beach. This is a pet-free and smoke-free condominium. A parking pass will be provided upon receipt of rental fees. A guard is on duty at the parking entrance.
A security deposit of $100.00 is required to hold reservation within 14 days of booking. If no damage is incurred, this deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out. In addition to rental fees, a one-time cleaning fee of $62.50 and an 11% lodging tax is collected. The rental payment, lodging tax, and cleaning fee are due prior to arrival.
**NOTE - We require a 3 night minimum stay. Credit Card payments can be received through PayPal for a 3% fee.**

The Wharf has the best selection of shopping, dining and entertainment on the island with over 15 restaurants, unique boutiques and stores,golf,and live music every weekend.
The Sportsplex includes softball, soccer, football, softball and baseball fields, which are regularly used for youth sports and tournaments in the area.
Grocery: Winn Dixie, Publix Other: Dairy Queen,Dollar General, Italian restruant, Subway, Burger King, small specialty shops and much more
Adventure Island is located directly across the street from Seaside Beach and Recquet Club.Adventure Island has a go-cart track, bumper boats, miniature golf, and small amusement rides for kids.
The CVB operates two Welcome Centers where visitors can pick up information on local attractions and events, not to mention discount coupons!
The 1,540 feet Alabama Gulf State Park Pier is the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. The pier is located in the Alabama Gulf State Park between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, AL.
Family fun at The Track include go-carts, mini-golf, bumper boats, arcade, kiddie rides, and the 110' freefall from the Skycoaster (Bungie drop).
Waterville water park and amusement park. Rides include:water slides,lazy river,wave pool,go-karts, miniature golf, ejector seat and The Cannonball Run wooden roller coaster.

Traveling to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has been an annual vacation in my family for my entire life. Each year my parents still take their 5 children, their spouses, and 15 grandchildren to the beach. I wanted to continue that tradition with my own children. Tracey and I purchased our condo approxiamtely 5 years ago. We love the beach and enjoy taking our 3 children to our condo in Orange Beach. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do!

Jeff and Tracey We had a wonderful time at your condo. It was just perfect for what we wanted. There were no busy streets to cross to get to the beach and plenty of places to choose from to eat or cook in. We met other condo owners at the pool and they made us feel very welcomed. We spent the month of February at Tracey & Jeff's lovely condo at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Their condo is everything they describe it to be and more. It is decorated in a lovely ocean theme and is well maintained. The kitchen was a dream with every utensil imaginable. We enjoyed the covenient location to eating establishments and sightseeing venues. Access to the beach was perfect as was the balcony view. We would highly recommend this property to anyone desiring to visit the Orange Beach area.

I would recommend this property to anyone. It was just as listed. Very clean. Wish the bed was a little softer, but you can't please everyone. We had a great time! It's close to everywhere, Florida and hwy 59. We loved going to Lambert's in Foley. Also went to home of the Blue Angels and Fort Morgan. It is right close to the Pier, s the next time we come down, we're going fishing!!!! Thanks again Jeff & Tracey for a wonderful relaxing time!!!! May God Bless You All!

Great condo. Great location. Me and my wife spend our honeymoon there in August and it was great. I like how close to the indoor pool it was and the tennis courts. Only complaint I had was the bed wasn't comfortable for me. Other than that everything was awesome.
