The beautiful Paraiso gigantic shopping center is just a 3 minute walk away with everything from Ruth Chris steakhouse to world class jewelry and wine shops..over 80 shops & eight screen movie theater in this building alone!.Our grandkids love it when our daughters bring them down and they range from infants to teenagers so it is kid friendly but remember some high curbs do exist.WE DO NOT ALWAYS KEEP THE AVAILABILITY CALENDER CURRENT(MANY BOOKINGS OCCUR EVERY WEEK)SO PLEASE CALL US AND NANCY WILL GIVE IT TO YOU UP TO DATE.

My stay there was delighful. As a single woman I very much enjoyed the added security of the outside gates and the Mango Deck on the ground floor has excellent and reasobale food that any American would love with some awesome Mexican soups. Year Purchased: 1995
Terry and I first came to Cabo in 1984 for his 40th birthday. There was really nothing there and our first day out to sea for fishing we got caught in a hurricane. There was limited weather reporting . We road it out for 3 hours 10 miles off shore.
We decided that that was a sign>>>of some sort. After 25 years as a social worker in the health care business I decided that Cabo was a place to bring people to have have fun and enjoy life and not struggle for it. My instincts have proven right and I love decorating the units and adding touches so that our guests have become reoccurring friends who we want to please and see year after year. Come and see for yourself plus I am on line and on the phone all the time to help you get here and quickly feel like " a local"

We returned yesterday from a 5 day/4 night stay here and had a great time. The staff on site is excellent and we found that it was simple to reserve with Nancy via email and phone, and then pay the mgmt. staff upon arrival. The staff was a great help in finding the best places to go and how to get there. The location is overlooking the busy marina. While not exactly quiet, it's also not too loud to sleep with the patio door open, which we did every night. There's lots of boats and people coming and going and always something interesting to watch. There are lots of restaurants and shopping choices on the marina boardwalk. Medano beach is about a five minute walk away and it's a very beautiful beach. It has quiet areas and sections with lots of fun activities and food and drink. Any activity that you can think of is available at the marina or medano beach. The village is likewise about a 5 minute walk away. It starts across the street from the marina and mall. We walked a lot in the village at night and never did it feel unsafe. This is a very friendly town. The room (101a) is very nice. It has a comfortable queenbed, TV w/DVD and a few movies, A/C, ceiling fan, and a small stereo to dock your iPOD. There's also a loungechair, plenty of closet space, a dining table with 2 chairs, a nice kitchenette with a large counter, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with filters, toaster, hotplate and plenty of dishes and utensils. There's only one frying pan, but really there's everything one would need for a complete meal if needed. We did no cooking. The patio is small but adequate and has a good sized table and two chairs. All floors and counters and the large shower are mexican tile. It's very nice and nicely decorated too. There is off street parking near the entrance of the room. We thought it was a very good value for the price and would stay there again as well as recommend it to a friend. Our favorite restaurant was Las Tres Islas. it's about a 10 minute walk through the marina and into the villiage. It is an open air place that was recommended by locals and the seafood was the best we had at the best prices as well. It's worth finding early on. This condo is a good choice for a fun, centrally located stay.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.
