"Photos capture the true image of this wonderful home. Traditional old Vallarta design. In the family for generations, the history is fascinating. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. You are in the heart of old PV. Walking to any location within 10 minutes. A fountain at the entrance blocks out any traffic noise from the street. Rooms are spacious and elegant. The patios are perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Cleaning daily by wonderful staff. I'll be back."

"This lovely condo gives you the best of everything in Puerto Vallarta. Only a few blocks to the hub of restaurants and shopping in the Romantic Zone and just a couple blocks further to the ocean. Definitely do not need a car. On the other hand, you have a completely private rooftop deck, very large, and your own private pool (very large again). There are lush plants all around the deck so it is completely private. It has at least 4 separate seating areas on the sundeck, and the pool was very welcome on a hot day. The condo is in a residential neighborhood along with a few other rental units. We liked being around residents and not just tourists. It is true you have to walk up steps to get to the 4th floor condo and deck, but how else would you get that private deck and pool. We are 66, and we always walk a lot on vacations and think it is good for us. The condo itself was very stylish, well remodeled and decorated. We liked having the bedroom and bath down a short spiral staircase, and the living area on the main floor. Our host was only a phone call away and was always available for our questions. The deck and condo were tidied up and cleaned, it seemed like even more than twice a week. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely rent this condo again."

"The condo is just as described in the listing. I feel that we got an amazing deal. It had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the terrace and from our bed (very comfortable king size bed in master bedroom) is amazing! The condo fit our group of 7 adults and 2 babies just right; there was even a pack-n-play and a walker for our 4 month old grandson. and sand toys for our 1 yr old granddaughter.
The condo and the whole complex is very well maintained and clean. Very secure and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive at all times.
We were met by the property manager Nestor, who waited patiently even though we were more than an hour late in arriving. He helped us bring our bags up and gave us a tour of the condo, explaining everything thoroughly. He gave us his cell number and even did a test text to make sure we could communicate. He was just a text away any time we needed anything.
After settling in, we went right over to Oasis de Holi, right downstairs next to the complex, which was one of Nestor's suggestions for eating. I ordered a whole fried fish and it was delish, although they took a very long time to serve us. His other suggestion was Ocho Tostadas across the street and that place was amazing. Out on the beach, there was someone selling and cooking fresh seafood which was so cheap and so unbelievably tasty. Most places for grocery shopping were within walking distance, but we used cabs most of the time.
When making all rental arrangements, the owner Joanne was very helpful and easy to work with.
There were two things that were a bit inconvenient which i have to mention, although neither was the fault of Joanne or Nestor and both were things that were beyond their control.
There is construction going on in the complex and for this reason on two different occasions we woke up to no water in the condo, and once we woke up to no gas. Both of these issues were resolved that same day by Nestor, the water problem was even resolved within 10 min after texting him.
Because of the storm/hurricane that was happening further north, the waves were pretty angry and we werent allowed in the ocean by the lifeguard. But it makes me feel safe they are looking out for people at the beach and warning us about these types of dangers.
Overall, staying at this condo made our first ever visit to Puerto Vallarta a pleasant one and we would definitely stay here again, but probably in the winter because holy crap, the humidity is crazy! =)"
