The modern architecture design of the House has been delivered by Mr Ilias Kouziortis. The hidden lights, sharp lines, decorative ideas and the harmonic combination of natural elements (wood) will satisfy the high expectations of guests.

The House affords two (2) bedrooms both of the them with double beds and high quality memory foam layers, two (2) bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (espresso - filter coffee machine, kettles, toaster, blender etc), a comfortable living room with a unique couch and a nice garden. It also includes three (3) air conditioners and autonomous gas heating

Very nice accommodations

This apartment was perfect for me and my friend. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was modern and clean as advertised with bonus amenities like Wi-fi, smart tv with Netflix access to name a few. Ioannis was very accommodating, he allowed us to check in early and checkout later. This was greatly appreciated. The apartment is a short walk to the metro, bus stop and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay there again. Sonya

Modern rental a short metro ride from Main Attractions

Giannis was a caring host and the apartment was immaculately designed. It was Modern, unique and had lots of options for natural and artificial light. From bathrooms stocked with toiletries to the kitchen cabinets filled with utensils, the apartment was well prepared for our stay. It was a 5 minute walk from the subway station and a major mall and only a 15 minute subway ride away from the Acropolis. I would highly recommend staying in this new apartment in an old neighborhood.
