La villa tiene un amplio garaje para 2 coches, una sala de reuniones y sala de lavandería en la planta baja. En la primera planta es una gran sala de estar con comedor y agradables vistas que se extiende sobre la bahía, una amplia cocina y dos habitaciones dobles con baño relevancia. En la planta superior hay dos habitaciones dobles con dos baños y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales. El área total es de unos 380 metros cuadrados.


El jardín tiene una vista del lago-terraza en el nivel de vida. En la parte trasera del jardín hay acceso a un sendero que conduce a la localidad de Lesa y las colinas cercanas.

El muelle privado de 250 metros cuadrados frente a la villa cuenta con un gran espacio cubierto. Cerca hay un pasillo para poner los botes en el lago. La orilla del lago hacia Belgirate extiende con largos espacios de acceso al lago y una ruta panorámica.


La villa fue construida en los años 50 para un fabricante local de la tela y totalmente renovado en el año 2007. El dormitorio principal y el baño principal han mantenido el estilo original de la casa, así como la mayor parte de los muebles.

Très belle maison avec vue sublime

Points forts La maison a une vue magnifique et de très beaux volumes, notamment pour la pièce de vie, une chambre parentale et une chambre d'enfants. Les points faibles: Il faut traverser la route pour rejoindre le lac; pas de "ponton privé" comme indiqué dans l'annonce ; jardin relativement petit et moustiques nombreux.

Perfect house in a perfect location. Enjoyed every single minute of our 4 days stay. Walking distance from bars and restaurants. Check in and out process was smooth, house was clean, lovely outdoor terace where we spend most of the time. If ever in the area that is the right property to book.

Schöne Villa mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lago maggiore

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, die am See entlangführt. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Integriert ist eine Garage mit 2 Stellplätzen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das W-lan hat super funktioniert.

The villa is really beautiful and has a fantastic view of Maggiore lake. The property it was restored lately. Nice area, quite, relaxing. Simone and Giulia offered many activities, all close to the villa, rent boat, restautants, mountain trip, lake trip. I recommend this fantastic property to anyone.

Felt like home in a beautiful surrounding

From the pre arrival help via mail to the meticulous attention paid to our well being during our stay from 22 May till 30 May. We were very pleased with the entire property in terms of the location, cleanliness, spaciousness, comfort, amenities and luxury feeling. I wished we had stayed for longer, and will certainly return again!

Tolle Woche in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus eine sehr schöne Woche mit Freunden verbracht. Den See hatten wir Jahre zuvor mal aus dem Zug in der Abendsonne bewundern können und wollten es live erleben. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausreichend gross, die Zimmer individuell eingerichtet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sofort kontaktierbar und in einer Mischung aus englisch und italienisch kann man sich sehr gut verständigen. Sonderwünsche sind kein Problem und werden sofort erfüllt (Ventilatoren am Sonntag zu organisieren ist sicherlich nicht so problemlos!!) Wer die Ruhe und Erholung in dem etwas verschlafenen Städtchen sucht ist hier richtig. Die einfache aber typisch italienische Gastronomie lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Preise sind urlauberfreundlich. An die etwas abenteuerliche Überquerung der Strasse um zum See zu gelangen hat man sich nach dem 2.Bad im See gewöhnt. Die Wasserqualität war in dieser Woche hervorragend. Für eine Gruppe mit Auto ist dieses Domizil zu empfehlen, die nächsten Städte sind mit Boot und Zug (Bahnhof 10 Gehminuten, Bootsanleger 200 m) schnell zu erreichen, einzig ein Supermarkt fehlt (deswegen Auto). Beim kleinen "Alimentari" um die Ecke bekommt man aber auch alles, dann etwas teurer. Wir wollen uns hiermit bei Familie Manfredini für einen erholsamen Italienurlaub bedanken. Simone und Jens

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten super schöne Tage in diesem Haus das für uns alle sehr geräumig mit vielen Schlafzimmern und angrenzenden Bädern sehr komfortabel war. Ein grosser Garten mit Grill und alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Ich kann dieses Haus nur sehr weiterempfehlen.

Relaxing in a beautiful home with lake view

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Matilde. The villa is is just how it looks on the photo's. The beds were very comfortable and the villa very warm, perfect for a winter break. We liked the layout of the house with ensuite bathrooms and sociable open plan living area. The villa is well placed and there are some lovely walks around it. It is only a short walk to or drive to the lots of historic places. The lake view from the living room is magnificent. We enjoyed many nights sitting on the sofa drinking tea and adminiring the lake view as it changed with the evening hours. Would definitely go back maybe for the summer!

Wonderful

My husband and I enjoyed our week's stay at Villa Matilde in Lesa. The house, its furnishings and appointments were lovely, just the right combination of old and tasteful atmosphere. We loved the nearby villages too. We rented a boat in the lake and we had a wonderful time. This was a unique and extremely enjoyable experience. Touring around that area was great fun, we went to the towns of Belgirate, Stresa and many places in between. It was so pleasant to deal with, I would rent the place again.

Fantastica

Lovely House

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children for a week and really enjoyed the house. The location is good for exploring the area, and we could walk to the market for bread and milk and gellato shop was very close by. The family who owns the house is very nice to work with.

Excellent holiday home

We stayed for five nights, the house was comfortable and welcoming, everything you need from linens to kitchen equipment is available to you, the bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic, it's a great base for exploring Lake Maggiore, the real gem of this house is the garden, where we relaxed after busy days with a BBQ. All in all a great family home to have a wonderful holiday on the Lake.

Really nice

We recommend this beautiful villa to everyone. The villa is very large, clean and the garden is fantastic. Very useful is the car park and the dock, both private, for loving days on the lake. The beaches, are close and within walking distance. The price per week is great and it fits comfortably in ten adults. Will definitely be back next year.

A dream !

A week in september, passed between nature, incredible views and luxury. Me and my family, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the villa and the availability of the owner. The villa is convenient for the tourist destinations closer to home, but retains the exclusivity of the village of Lesa. The garden all around the villa, is well maintaned and perfect for children to play and to enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. We recommend the stay to anyone especially families with children.

Wonderful

We stayed in Lesa during this summer for a couple of weeks, we were three families with children. We had a fantastic time, the house is just as described in the website, spacious and bright spaces. We enjoyed dinners outside in the garden with nice BBQs, be prepared to have anti-mosquitos products with you. The owners were friendly and polite. We asked for the sheets/ towels and were clean. Great location for visiting bearby places, Milan and other. Great vacation, we will consider going back to villa Matilde sometime next year! We reccomend this house.

Strikingly beautiful!

We stayed for a week in September and were two families with children. We had a wonderful time in Villa Matilde, the evenings we have spent in the garden were magical, as well as the bbq dinners were very delightful. The most happy memory we have is to wake up in the morning with the stunning view of the lake and having breakfast in the garden. Both our families would like to thank Giulia and Simone for having us in their beautiful house. I would suggest anyone to have a holiday there, it is very relaxing! Hugh Ballantyne, FL (US)

Astonishing

We stayed for a week at the beginning of June. First of all, we didn't expect the villa to be so nice as it looked on the website. It is an amazing villa with an extraordinary lake's view. The location of the villa is really amazing, as it is a few steps form the lake. We have already booked our next summer holidays to be sure to have a piece of paradise again. Fantastic house with stunning views

We stayed at this villa for two weeks and had a fantastic time. The house is just as you can see on the pictures, very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It's ideal to have 4 bathrooms to go with the bedrooms. What whe loved most about the house is the stunning view from the living room. One night there was a firework show on the lake in front of the house which we could enjoy from the Villa. The town of Lesa is small and friendly. There are some good restaurants and an ice-cream bar just a couple of meters from the Villa. If you walk for about ten minutes, you get to a nice small beach where you can swim in the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The owners of the villa are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this villa to everyone!
