Villa of 160 sqm overlooking the vineyards of the Domaine de la Croix and small sea view, 500 m from the village center, 1 km from the beach and 10 km from ST TROPEZ and near the islands of gold
The villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms (sleeps 12) 3 bedrooms with beds of 160 cm, 1 bedroom with a bed 1 of 140 cm and 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets and 1 toilet in a shower room
Kitchen with a small fireplace equipped with 2 fridges, one with freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave and various household appliances
A cozy living room with fireplace, TV, stereo / home cinema
Pool of 10 m x 5 m secured and heated in the intermediate season, pool house equipped with a shower and a toilet, summer kitchen, deckchairs and pool mattresses available
The house is equipped with wifi
On the outside terrace sheltered by a blind, a big table, living room of garden, griddle with gas
