Emplacement idéal

A 200m de la gare et à 400m de l'entrée du site de Pompei, une petite maison de 2 appartements au milieu d'un magnifique potager, tenu par la grand-mère, avec de très beaux citronniers et cerisiers. Appartement entièrement rénové, propre et confortable.

Appartement très confortable

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Pompéi dans ce charmant logement. Le tout était propre, la terrasse invitante et le lit confortable. C'est la grand-mère de l'hôte qui nous a accueillis : très sympathique, mais ne parle qu'italien. Elle nous a offert des figues fraîches qui étaient délicieuses! Merci encore.

A lovely abode!

Anyone wanting to explore Pompeii this is the place! Walkable to the ruins, quiet, clean and comfortable, restaurants and stores all within walking distance. Caterina, the person who is your contact is the sweetest, kindest woman, who speaks no English but communication works out splendidly. She is the grandmother of the host and gardener extroidanadire that lives on the property. I highly recommend casa saca. It was a wonderful stay, we had a patio to lounge on after a day at the ruins. Truly one of a kind. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time at casa saca in pompei

Perfect location.

A lovely property in a quiet area and perfect as a base to travel from. The station is an easy five minutes walk and Pompei itself is around 10 mins. The closest entrance to the archaeological site is approx 15 mins so, really, one is in the heart of it all. I highly recommend eating at La Fiamma Pizzeria just round the corner - delicious food at an amazingly cheap price. I had no need to hire a car as I found the public transport system, especially the trains, fantastic. Cheap, regular, on time and clean (puts UK to shame). Naples, Sorrento, Salerno, Amalfi all within easy reach as are places of interest further away. Oh, and there’s a supermarket and a chemist just a few mins down the road. The owner’s mother in law is lovely and is very generous with the fresh fruit from the extensive garden she tends to. I had a perfect 10 days. Thank you.

Good apartment next to a supermarket and the train station

Everything was in order, uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Excellent pizzeria nearby. Nice hostess, who is the amiable grandmother of the landlady. She only speaks Italian but that wasn't any problem at all. You can reach the train station and entrance to the famous ruins on foot. Fair value-money ratio! Recommendable!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut .Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und weiter zu empfehlen . 5 Minuten bis in das ALTE POMPEI. mein Nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich dort jeder Zeit wieder buchen...Einfach nur TOP

Just okay

The place was hard to find as the address given took us to a location in the opposite direction. We weren’t getting a response from the owner despite having to give a time that we would be there. Ended up finding it through the name of the VRBO and then had to wait for the owner to respond because her grandma who was letting us in doesn’t speak English and we didn’t know where she was. Once we got inside, it was fine! Clean and tidy.

Great Value

Very spacious inside with great bathroom and kitchenette. Very clean and the aircon was a life saver as it can get warm inside. The internal space was quite dark as there there is only one window but not something to stop you booking as the artificial lighting is top spec. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a small patio set outside to enjoy the evening sun. Access is good and we were made to feel very welcome.

Cute and hospitable.

Once we were able to locate the property, we were quite pleased with its location adjacent lovely fruit trees and a vegetable garden. We were let in by the cute grandmother/ garden proprietor. She is very sweet and friendly, but speaks Italian only and with a local vernacular. It is only a few blocks walk from the train station or the ruins, so very convenient. There is a nice grocery store only a block away and several restaurants nearby in town. Not a good choice for tall folks. The bedroom is up a spiral staircase with a very low ceiling and no walls, so open to the kitchen and dining space below. The Bathroom was modern and we found all we needed in the small kitchen with a refrigerator. The host was very accessible by phone or on line. She spoke english and was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

très agréable

très jolie propriété avec parking privé , décoration soignée et de bon goût. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la grand mère de la propriétaire qui nous a fait des beignets de fleurs de courgette dès le 1er soir et nous a gâtée tous les jours avec des fruits et des légumes de son jardin. Appartement bien placée et bien équipé pour nous rendre le séjour plus agréable. Merci!!

TRES BON SEJOUR 0 POMPEI

Appartement très bien placé. Refait à neuf. Clair et très propre. Visite des ruines de Pompéi , et accès à la gare à pied. Herculanum , et fermes Pompéienne à quelques minutes en voiture. Paestum à 1 heure de route. Nous sommes très satisfaits.
