The bungalow is located in a nice and quiet complex where you can enjoy tennis courts, three swimming pools, one of them heated and beautiful gardens.
The complex is very well located and has very close taxi and bus stops, as well as supermarkets and restaurants, it is also very close to several beaches.
Because of its location it is also visited by many cyclists and athletes who find here easy access to many roads on the island, as well as
 to practice water sports such as diving or surfing
