Recientemente renovada casa familiar de playa grande con vistas al mar, fácil acceso a la playa situada en una ubicación tranquila. Sistema de rociadores profesionales de última generación equipado en 2019 para una seguridad sin igual en un alquiler privado de vacaciones.

La casa tiene 5 habitaciones dobles, 5 baños de los cuales 3 son en suite. 2 salas de estar familiares y una gran cocina comedor. La casa tiene 2 áreas exteriores para comer y barbacoa.

La planta baja tiene un nuevo sistema de calefacción por suelo radiante zonificado y cada piso también se ha zonificado para permitir múltiples opciones de temperatura.

La casa se puede alquilar como una opción de 2 dormitorios o 5 dormitorios. (Los 3 dormitorios de la planta baja se pueden cerrar si una familia más pequeña solo requiere 2 dormitorios).

Penally es un pintoresco pueblo con una iglesia del siglo XV, una tienda en el pueblo, un pub tradicional, un restaurante de casa de campo y fácil acceso a las playas y dos excelentes campos de golf (Tenby y Trefloyne).

La gran cocina abierta y el comedor son un excelente espacio familiar para cocinar y comer con espectaculares vistas al mar desde la mesa del comedor.

La sala de estar principal tiene vistas al mar, satélite gratis, una PlayStation 3 para películas Blu-ray y hay banda ancha de fibra de 50mb en toda la propiedad.

Hay una segunda sala de estar cómoda, ideal para niños que desean ver televisión diferente a los adultos. Esta habitación no figura como una de las 5 habitaciones dedicadas; sin embargo, el sofá es un sofá cama si se necesita la capacidad. Por favor pregunte primero.

La casa tiene 5 baños, 3 de ellos en suite con dormitorios. La casa tiene 2 baños, uno de ellos con ducha. 3 son cuartos de baño dedicados y todos tienen baños.
La propiedad tiene mucho espacio para comer al aire libre, incluido un balcón y otras 2 áreas para comer al aire libre para grupos familiares grandes.

El jardín es un excelente espacio de juegos para niños con patio, 2x barbacoa y castillo hinchable, todos con vistas al mar.

La propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento en la calle para 3 autos estándar y mucho estacionamiento gratuito en la calle directamente fuera de la propiedad.

Penally está situado cerca de la playa de Tenby South con el centro de la ciudad de Tenby al que se llega en tren (2 minutos), automóvil (5 minutos) o un paseo por la playa (20 minutos). Tenby South Beach en la entrada de Penally es una playa maravillosamente tranquila que incluso en temporada alta no se llena de gente.

We had a great week. The house was very comfortable and the views were outstanding. 15 mins walk to the beach was a plus point for our grandchildren, and we found loads of things to do within a 15 mile radius.

Perfect!

We loved everything about the house.The location and views were even better than the photos on the site. So handy for Tenby and the Wales Coastal Path, having the train station so handy was an added bonus. Plenty of space for 5 adults, everyone could have their own bathroom. We’re just trying to find a date when we can visit again!

PERFECT 👍,could not have wanted more in a family accomadation.

On arrival after opening the front door,WOW, I claimed my seat by the big window with my binoculars . The house is very well equipped for families,we were four adults and three children. Parking for two cars was easy . Access to south beach was easy then a twenty minute walk into Tenby or walk to the bottom of the road and jump on a bus !! Also the coastal path is very easy to get onto ( guess we all like walking ) The owner ,Michael, was very helpful and approachable. All in all in our opinion a 5⭐️Holiday accomadation Phil and family Liverpool

Great spacious house in a perfect location

We spent a very enjoyable long weekend with our children and grandchildren to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. The house so spacious and well configured, equipped with everything you could want. The location was quiet, superb views and walking distance to 3 pubs. We also walked through the golf course and along the beach into Tenby - a pleasant walk, took about 45 minutes at a gentle pace. We loved having so many bathrooms and having the bedrooms on separate levels worked well for us. Check out time was a bit early and check on a bit late but it is a large house to get cleaned and ready if there had been previous guests. We would definitely stay again

A fantastic property in a great location

A family gathering of 6 adults (3 generations) and 3 children (aged 3,6 and 8) plus a baby - and there was still plenty of room. Everyone had a fantastic time. The property is lovely, well equipped, clean and in a great location with superb views. Easy access to the beach. Michael the owner was very helpful and easy to contact when needed. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic home

We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay away during the Easter holidays This was our first time away with our two year old and the cot set up for this was fantastic The older girls loved exploring the lower bedroom areas although we didn’t use this area during our stay we all used the upper floors for sleeping arrangements Nintendo was an added bonus for husband! Ore arranged Tesco delivery on the day of our arrival so no need to shop which made things nice and easy for us Perfect location, close to the beach and other local attractions- folly farm was a big hit with our three children aged 2, 5 and 7 Everything was perfect - would of loved a later check out time than 09.00am this was a rush but with a long drive back it suited us in the end - would definitely look at booking again!

We had a great weekend celebrating our son's 30th Birthday. The house was perfect, views stunning and the weather kind. Communication with the owner Mick was good and lots of information about the house was provided. We will be back!!

Absolutely amazing property, the view from the balcony

Lovely house with sea veiws

We all loved this property and didnt want to leave. Great for our extended family esp having all the bedrooms ensuite. Great sea veiws and a short walk to the lovely sandy beach. The house had everything we needed and more and the host was amazing, he sent us lots of information about the house and local area prior to our arrival and was easy to contact with any questions we had. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Perfect for a family reunion

We loved the house ~ plenty of room for our 2 families to sleep, gather and cook. And the slide in the garden was enjoyed over and over again by our 18mth granddaughter who was a bit young for the bouncy castle (which we found eventually at the back of the garden shed). The views are fanstastic and we had wonderful weather ~ what's not to like? A word of warning ~ if you want to preorder a food delivery from Tesco in Camarthen make sure you do it well in advance. We visited in mid-June and missed a delivery by 3 weeks! But the village shop has most things and there are plenty of supermarkets in Tenby. All in all we had a great time!

Great location, beautiful coastline

House was as advertised. I think the location is even better than it looks on the listing. Views from kitchen/living area are stunning. Enjoyed out short strolls to beach and not needing to use car if we didnt feel. Michael was responsive and helpful with any queries. Had a great staycation - much needed in these crazy times.

A super property in a great position

This is a lovely modernised house with plenty of room, breathtaking views of the sea and cost and excellent facilities. It is a good location with a short walk to the beach, easy access to Tenby and to the Pembrokeshire coastline. Michael was immensely helpful when we booked and I have no reservations at all in recommending.

We had a great time

We have just come to the end of a lovely week in Pengelly. The house is spacious and well appointed - good quality furnishings and fixtures and the added bonus of a full on sea view. The property is within walking distance of the amazing South Beach and Tenby town itself, albeit with a short but quite steep climb up a hill. There are three pubs within walking distance, all of which serve food. Our preference was for The Cross, happily also the nearest. The village also has a small but surprisingly well stocked shop. The September weather was a bit up and down, but never bad enough to keep us in all day. In any case the house is spacious enough for six adults to still get on. We would be happy to return.

Perfect location

Beautiful house with magnificent views from nearly every window. Suited us perfectly with 5 teenage boys. Views from the balcony were extra special. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you for a peaceful and tranquil week in a beautiful house.

We stayed in this house at the end of August, we had lovely weather. The house location meant we were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the coastal walks from this location. The house had lots for the children to do. We all had a lovely holiday

Excellent property

We stayed in this house for a week at the end of June. It is an excellent well finished house with great views of the sea. The beach was a short walk away and my kids loved it. Couldn’t fault the holiday we had here

Good location could do with some updating

The house is in a lovely spot with fabulous views in all weathers. It feels a little like it hasn't been updated in a while and that there could be more attention paid to detail in the general upkeep of the property. For example there were broken floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom and mouldy sealant in both the shower and around the kitchen sink. The floors hadn't been cleaned properly since the last visitors which left you with a bit of a grubby feeling. It's a shame because the space in the house is great light and airy and worked well for us with my toddler and my parents. Just a few extra touches and would be 4/5.

Third visit and We will be back

Its our third visit to this wonderful holiday house. We can't recommend this beautiful place enough. As soon as your case is through the door you feel instantly at home. The view is breath taking and the house is well equipped to prepare and hold family meals sat watching the bay. We will be back again.

lovely house with great views

We spent 3 nights at this great house just outside tenby. Previous years we have stayed in tenby itself in a cottage which my family love for its location and general outlay of the house. Staying at this house has changed everyone's mind. It is well located for traveling around the coast, walking or driving plus the train station is a 5 mins walk away. The views from the house are amazing ! We sat on the balcony one evening to look at the stars, we even saw some shooting stars.

Lovely house in a beautiful location - stunning views and comfortable accommodation

We stayed in this property in September 2016 having not visited the area before. Ahead of our stay we got a very informative email from Michael with all the details of how to get there, how to get in, how to use the various appliances and his contact number as well as the changeover company details. The property itself is very nicely done with good size living space and bedrooms tastefully decorated. -The views from the property are stunning and the house is in a good position away from the busy streets of Tenby but an easy train ride in (5 mins to the train station and a 3 min train ride itself!) or a nice 45 minute walk along the coastal path. We had two small children and so the toys and kids room at the property were perfect! Michael was a great host even to the point that he helpfully sorted out the sending back of my dress that I had left at the property. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay to visit Tenby.

Fantastic sea views, lovely location!

Great beaches nearby and we found The locals were very friendly & helpful. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 1 child in the main house. We had a welcome hamper on arrival and champagne was left for us for our anniversary. Our daughter (aged 2.5) loved the toys in the cupboard under the stairs. The sound system in the kitchen was a nice luxury as was the sound system in the lounge, especially when watching a film! Lots of space, kids bedroom was great with lots of books for bedtime! The owner sent very detailed and helpful e-mails with youtube videos on how to use some of the facilities. The shed was well stocked with beach equipment and the fact that beach towels were provided was also a bonus. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Lovely

Stunning house with amazing views in a lovely quiet village. Really close to Tenby and other amenities. The views from the house are outstanding and the house itself is fantastic, very well equipped with everything you need. We had a fantastic stay here with our two young children, lots for them to do. Can't recommend this place highly enough, we will definitely be back. Louise

The Penally Pad is our family home which all generations of the family enjoy separately & together. We are renting it out while we are not working locally.

We fell in love with Pembrokeshire and the Tenby area, which is walkable or accessed via a single line two carriage train.

From London it is much easier to access than Cornwall as its motorway nearly all the way and we avoid A303 traffic.

Penally beach even at peak season is not busy so going to the beach late doesn't mean you can’t find somewhere for a large family.

Nature walks, surfing and lots of children’s activities like Heatherton are all very close by.
