Hi, I'm an Italian and I hope to welcome you in my apart. in the center, a few meters from the National Theater, Old City and river. Everything you need is close at hand: public transports (tram, metro, bus), cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is about 65 square meters with a large double bedroom with wardrobe. A large living room with a sofa bed (suitable for 2 people), a dining table and a large TV. A toilet separated from the bathroom with a bath. Kitchen is full and well equipped, includes microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, plates and everything you need for cook home. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy and equipped with heating.
Small breakfast included: Nespresso coffee capsules, yougurt and croissants. To make your stay more pleasant we offer you a range of services that you will enjoy. Smart TV with Netflix, free 4G wifi, sheets, towels, hygiene products, water. A small first aid kit (which I hope you never need) and support 24/24 and all the help we can offer to make your holiday better.
The building is very quiet. The neighbors are very sensitive. Therefore loud activities and partying is prohibited. Please, smoking is prohibited in the apartment (we do it for your health :). If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.

The location is strategic because it is located in the city center but in secondary street, which guarantees peace and silence during the night. Around the apartment there is everything you are looking for. The best restaurants in the area, pubs and discos. Shopping center just 200 meters away with the metro and trams that connect to the whole city.
