A spacious and bright end of terrace 45m2 apartment in a picture-perfect location in the family friendly resort of La Tania, part of Courchevel Valley in the Three Valleys, French Alps - the largest connected ski area in Europe. Ski in/Ski out to the door with private sauna and underground parking included.

Ski straight down to the main La Tania lift to access the whole 3 valleys area and ski back to the door via the Folyeres piste. It is a short walk to the numerous village shops, restaurants and bars, but far enough to offer perfect tranquility, both day and night.

The apartment sleeps up to 5 (perfect for families or groups). As an end of terrace, it offers additional privacy and has more sunlight entering from all sides, giving it a brighter feel. It has a comfortable south facing balcony with fantastic views, underfloor heating and a private sauna - just the tonic to relieve those muscles after a day on the slopes. It also has its own dedicated ski locker and allocated underground car parking space.

The apartment is spacious with an open plan living/dining area with new flatscreen TV, WiFi, 1 double sofa bed, 1 single pull-out sofa bed, dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and sink and also houses the luxurious private sauna that can comfortably sit 4 people. The toilet and washing machine are separate to the bathroom. The main bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together if needed.

Final cleaning is included in the overall rental price (although the place should be left tidy when vacating). Bed linen/towels are available for a small additional charge. WiFi charges apply. Change over day is normally a Saturday.
