Appartment ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Die Lage und Aussicht sind genial - das Auto blieb die ganze Zeit in der Tiefgarage stehen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit ebensolchem Ausblick

ein tolles modern und hochwertiges Studio mit abgeteiltem Schlafbereich und sensationellem Blick auf Stadt und Hafen. Supermarkt in ca. 700 m bergauf und Bäcker ca. 400 m bergab erreichbar. Sehr nützlich waren das in der Wohnung vorhandene Fernglas und der große Einkaufstrolley, der auch größere Einkäuft zu Fuß möglich machte. Da Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür war und wir ein 7Tage Ticket für 20 € p. Person gekauft haben, haben wir unser Auto die ganze Woche nicht aus der Garage gefähren. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant La Vigna in ca. 600 m am Hafen. Supernette Concierge Odette spricht nur französisch aber Verständigung mit Google Translator hat funktioniert. Werden gern einmal wieder hinfahren.

Perfect base for exploring

Excellent place to stay just outside Nice centre. Walkable distance, but uphill - so not ideal with luggage!! However it is easy to jump on the number 15 bus for a few stops. The bus stops right outside the apartment and the bus also goes to Monaco from here.

Beautiful location

Breathtaking sea view and a wonderful experience in Nice in the week of Tour de France. The flat is super nice and close to amazing restaurants by the port area.

Great flat

Our stay was overall very lovely and the check in was quite easy. The place was clean and the views were amazing so pretty accurate listing. The flat is 15 min walk up to a hill so that's one thing to consider when thinking of staying there. One of the downfalls of the stay was the rude building manager. We left our luggage with her on the last day and this was dropped off and left in the street for us. When we asked her she showed attitude and didn't even say anything when we were leaving. Quite disappointing communication to be honest.

Sommerurlaub in Nizza

Meine Frau und ich waren zu zweit für 14 Tage in diesen tollen Apartment. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich traumhaft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles im Apartment vorhanden. Sogar eine "Filterkaffeemaschine"!! Der Pool ist sauber und die gesamte Anlage wird ständig gepflegt. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden und Concierge Odette ist immer ansprechbar falls man etwas auf dem Herzen hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles ist vorhanden. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf Nizza, den Hafen und das Meer. Agréable séjour

Mon mari et moi avons aimé ce joli appartement. Son plus grand avantage est sa vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée et le joli port de Nice. L'appartement, bien que petit, est confortable, tranquille et bien situé, près des arrêts d'autobus et du port. Notre superbe gardienne (ou gestionnaire), Odette, fut très professionnelle, très serviable, très agréable et a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Elle est un vrai atout pour les propriétaires de cet appartement. Nous l'avons beaucoup remerciée à notre départ pour tout son dévouement.

Nice stay

Property was as advertised. Kitchen is well stocked . Terrace was awesome. View was magnificent. Note Washing machine is in basement and only one so we chose to go to a laundromat to get it done quickly since we were on a multi week trip.

Fabulous!

We loved our trip to Nice and this property. Everything was perfect! Very clean, excellent flat layout, very comfortable bed/bedding and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the boats and views from the balcony. The swimming pool was immaculate a great place to cool off. One of our best Holidays!

Parfait

Tout était parfait, l'appartement très propre et très bien équipé et décoré sobrement avec goût. Seul bémol le bruit du boulevard lorsque nous étions sur le balcon. La climatisation indispensable a été un réel plus. Localisation idéale.

Fantastic Stay

My wife and I stayed at this property for 10 days while visiting from Canada. The view is stunning and the apartment is spotless and perfect for a couple. Our check in and check out was effortless. Walking distance to the grocery store and harbour were great perks. Bus transit is right outside and can take you anywhere. We used the bus stop out front to easily visit Monaco for F1 and get into Nice and back many times. For a short or extended getaway, this property is perfect.

Un seul défaut le lave linge n'est pas dans la maison.il est au sous sol et payant 4 euros. C'est un studio car la chambre n'est pas indépendante. C'est super pour 2 personnes.

Vue magnifique !

L'appartement est très bien aménagé et extrêmement bien équipé. La vue est splendide sur le port et sur l'ensemble de la baie des Anges. Très beaux couchers de soleil. Grande terrasse. L'appartement est bien insonorisé. On entend le trafic du bd Carnot uniquement sur la terrasse.

Great apartment in Nice

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Nice — a short walk to the city center but above the hustle and bustle. There is also a bus stop right at the building which made it easy to visit the coastal towns east of Nice.
