Our sunny east facing first floor apartment in Marina duquesa is located in a beach front complex in Puerto Duquesa.The accommodation has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a living room opening onto a terrace. It has air conditioning/heating, underground car park with allocated space, direct access to the beach, 24h security service, a gym, four communal swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts and it is only a minute walk to the port with its many bars and restaurants.

No sun or warm

This was not the property that we originally booked we were under the lmpression that we were on ground floor over looking the pool which is why we pick this property so we thought has my husband struggle to walk far now we also chose to come early in the year so we could use any pool, but no pool were opened!!! No fitness rooms were open This property is situated at the back by the big gates keep opening and shutting where the rubbish is kept , no sun no view no heat no beach towels very basic for a lot of money

thank you for your constructive comments. you have booked the property you have seen online. the photos shown of the apartment and terrace are those booked. i am not sure why you believe you booked something else. the photos clearly show the terrace and the view from the terrace. as for the swimming pool, we apologise for the inconvenience caused but the townhall of manilva has imposed a ban on swimming pool usage, due to water restrictions. it is unfortuantely a matter that is out of our hands.

Bien centralisé mais...

L'appartement aurait pu etre bien, mais mal orienté (pas de soleil). Une seule piscine bondee d'ouverte sur les 4. Bâtiment mal entretenu extérieurement. Mais bien dormi, bonne literie.
