Hello Richard, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your stay at this property was disappointing. Your feedback is important to us, and with this, in mind, we passed your feedback to the owner which they responded with the following: "The guest arrived and I will take full responsibility for not having the remote available to the lady who was meeting the client. However, the guest was let into the garage by a neighbor who had a remote. There was also a lot of parking available on the road outside which in mid-summer would be difficult but not at this time of year. The garage is very small - I mention this on the information sheet I send to guests and even give the measurements of the garage. The guest was directed to an underground double space as his car was quite large so in my mind all his needs were met. The parking was in an underground secure parking garage. With regard to the languages spoken, I have no idea why it lists those languages. I have absolutely NO Spanish, Italian, or Greek so would never have listed them as a language spoken. With regard to the smell. I have no idea what it was and it was not mentioned by the guests to the lady checking in even though she sat with them for a while. While sitting with them she said they mentioned that the apartment was very nice and they seemed happy with it. A hair is very unfortunate and was unfortunately overlooked. I apologize for this. With regards to the toilet, I am happy that my cleaner cleans to a high standard and she assured me it was cleaned. However, when the guests arrived back at the apartment and used the toilet they did not flush it. It is a button on the side and I have been renting the apartment for 12 years and have never had this problem before. As a result, my cleaner did not face a pleasant sight when she came back to the apartment. Unfortunately, when the guests called me I was still at work and did not see the call. When I listened to the voice message it said they had already checked into a hotel. When I left work I called back and did not get a reply, I sent a WhatsApp and did not get a reply, a text, and an e-mail. The issue with the car had been sorted and a remote delivered. It states clearly on my instructions to arrange prior to arrival meeting at the apartment and confirm when leaving the airport.
