La Favorita is a unique estate and horse farm on 9 acres in the heart of East Hampton. Its 9 spacious bedrooms reflect the villa’s sophisticated Italian Modern style. Located on the main and upper floors, all are uniquely and luxuriously appointed with specially made fabrics and furnishings of the most refined materials from Italian manufacturers. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath fully outfitted and featuring hand selected marble, premium ceramics and hardware along with spacious, custom built walk-in closets.

A professional grade kitchen with multiple work surfaces , large central island, glass shelved display cabinets and pantry are adjacent to the spacious breakfast area.

The expansive, light-filled high ceiling living room offers multiple seating areas with a view of the pool, gardens and pastures beyond its French doors. The connected open formal dining room and piano foyer are perfect for entertaining.

The Library opens off the grand entrance hall, exemplifying the villa’s Italian workmanship, elegance and warmth, perfect for enjoying a book or your favorite TV show in the adjacent Media Room.

The lower level has several seating areas with doors leading directly to the pool and gardens, a game room, spa with sauna, Turkish steam room, showers and massage room, fitness room, home theatre and wine room; self-contained domestic living quarters, an additional kitchen and industrial grade laundry facilities.

La Favorita’s 9 acres are framed by 400 majestic Arborvitae and Leyland Cypress trees providing the utmost in privacy. The large outdoor terrace, off the main floor’s kitchen/living area, has a covered seating space for gracious outdoor dining with an adjacent Lynx Outdoor Kitchen, a Pizza Oven, pass-through fireplace; and additional seating areas. The terrace looks out upon the pool and Jacuzzi/hot tub with its adjacent gazebo lounge; framed just beyond by the beauty of the pasture’s grazing horses. A regulation tennis court with outdoor seating is located between the Villa and the six-stall stables. The stables have direct access to the 3 acre paddock area where horses can roam at will. Plans for the completion of the Zen and Yoga garden are currently being formalized.

Amazing home and wonderful host

La Favorita surpassed all expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Our large family with young children gathers for a reunion each year in a VRBO rental. We have stayed in many wonderful properties but no other compares to the beauty, charm, comfort and location of La Favorita. Everything about it, inside and out, made it the perfect spot for a family vacation from the perspective of both the adults and the children. We were greeted on arrival by the perfect host, Adam, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to give us detailed information about everything the property had to offer. The adjoining stable and the view of the horses in the fields was a real bonus. We were able to make arrangements with the stable operator for riding for the children and we all took great pleasure in viewing the horses in the field as we took advantage of the pool and the perfect outdoor seating. Our visit was greatly enhanced by the services of Silver Spoon Specialties that provided catering for our evening meals. The menus were well thought out, the food delicious and the staff wonderful.

Magnificent Home and Property!

Spectacular home and grounds. Tastefully appointed home with everything you could possible need. We needed a large home as we were hosting my daughters wedding nearby in Bridgehampton. The home allowed privacy to family and friends while allowing us to come together in the large gathering room and kitchen. The outdoor amenities were top rate, Lynx grill, fireplace, pizza oven, chairs , tables and lounges to accommodate a large gathering. The large pool and spa were gorgeous. The tennis courts looked great although no one had time to play! The manager Adam was quick to respond to our questions about the home, which was functional as well as beautiful. We had a truly magical week at this home! The location was fabulous, close to everything, restaurants, beach, etc. La Favorita gave us a week beyond all expectations including waking up to horses playing in the field!

Gorgeous home, property and host, best Hamptons rental I have had!

La Favorita is a gorgeous home, immaculately clean/maintained and located on a beautiful lot with charming stables in the background. The owner and property manager were very nice, professional, responsive and helpful. The home is great for entertaining and never feels stuffed. The decor is unique and colorful and helps bring great energy to the light filled home. The location is very convenient to town and the location right off of 27 makes it very easy to go to other Hamptons as well. I recommend taking advantage of the massage room (Naturopathica has great masseuses who will come to the home as well). I have stayed at 30 or 40 homes in the Hamptons and been a guest at many spectacular properties, and this is my favorite (pun intended)!
