THE BEST HOUSE IN THE HAPTONS

Matthew's response was very prompt when messaging him about an urgent matter we had on our end. He was extremely accommodating and welcoming. he is an actual angel on earth and i am hoping to rent out this property again in the future.

Awesome Hospitality

Matthew took great care of us from second we arrived. He even took the care to install fresh grates on the barbecue and purchase a volleyball. House came as advertised with great amenities. Communication was terrific leading up to the stay and Matthew took the time to send us several detailed recommendations. 5 stars all round.

Amazing property and host!

I stayed in this property in a group of 21 adults and we all had a great time! The property is just as listed - amazing amenities (basketball court, volleyball court, tennis, pool, hot tub) and has enough beds for everyone! Additionally, Matthew (the host) was super accommodating and was very responsive before, during, and after the trip! He even stopped by the home before our trip to drop off an additional bed and dropped off an iron and blow drier for our group during our trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coordinating a group trip - it truly has something for everyone and the host is amazing to work with!

Spacious for our party size but had issues

Originally had requested another location that was listed on VRBO as available but was told it wasn't and was pushed to this house. Rusty nails in the pool from a deck repair the day before we arrived, nails sticking through the wall into the pool making it dangerous to swim, trash dumpster was completely full with wood so we couldn't throw our trash in and was asked to walk down the road with all of our trash, discovered water on the basement floor, property manager did not send someone to come look at it, come to find out it was the water heater and guests took cold showers on our last day, we couldn't enjoy the bottom floor, chemicals by the tennis court. Leading up to the stay the manager wasn't easy to communicate with but he was communicative during the stay. have been trying to reach him since to discuss issues and has been difficult to connect. beds were pretty comfortable but made a lot of noise when rolling over, not sure if there was a plastic cover on the mattresses. Would recommend updating the bathrooms AT LEAST. That doesn't cost a lot to do, some new faucets, shower doors, paint, etc. VRBO is also no help is trying to resolve issues.

Best House I’ve Rented

I’ve stayed at a few rental homes recently and for my group, this house was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. In one day, we played basketball, tennis (beautiful court), swam, beach volleyball and lawn games. We never even considered going to the beach once because we had all we needed. 5/5

great place for family reunion

Well-designed for family reunion or similar large group. Lots of relatively equal/large bedrooms w/ BA, activity facilities (pool, volleyball, basketball, tennis, pool, ping pong), dual grills, ample seating inside and out. Finishings in house are not fancy, but for us priority was people rather than granite counters. We had a few minor maintenance issue, but response was very good considering it was a holiday weekend.

Perfect Spot for the Ultimate Bach Getaway

The homeowner from the jump was absolutely friendly, responsive and eager for our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice! There is so much space. Each bedroom on the first 2 floors has its own bathroom. (Basement rooms share.) there is soooo much land and room for activities. We literally had everything we needed for our stay. Plus we had an incoming hurricane, homeowner came to make sure we would be prepared. Just such a friendly, caring person to deal with. We will definitely be back!!!!!

A wonderful weekend in Sag Harbor

We had an excellent visit to Sag Harbor for a long weekend in the Hamptons! Matthew was an incredibly responsive and kind host! He checked in with us daily, and addressed any questions that we had immediately. The house was exactly as pictured, and was the perfect place for our large group of friends to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We would highly recommend both this home and Matthew!

Perfect house for our family reunion!

You can't ask for a better designed property to host a family reunion! Huge great room, open kitchen (with 2 refrigerators and an ice maker - WOW!), and best of all, 10 bedrooms so every couple could enjoy some privacy. And all the toys you could need - pool table, ping pong, foosball and card table in basement gave the kids activity until the midnight hour. The TV may not have ever been turned on. And the outside grounds were amazing for daytime - big pool, hot tub, tennis, volleyball, and basketball. This house is like having your own private hotel resort. Best of all, the owner manager was especially responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I have rented from him before, and will do so again. A truly delightful week was had by all of us!

Perfect Stay!

First off the house was beautiful, the bedrooms were spacious and the yard was extremely perfect! We enjoyed every minute of it. It has everything you need for entertainment.
