On the ground floor, a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining room welcomes you with a traditional open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Direct access from this area leads out to a generous 30 m2 terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The ground floor also features 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second upper-floor bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room with WC that also features a corner bath.
