The villa is divided into 6 flats surrounded by large balconies with outdoor furniture and in addition there is a large common room located on the ground floor with kitchen and tables and chairs to eat all together.

Relax and unwind in the large enclosed garden or in the shade of the large balconies. The swimming pool is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is an outdoor shower for washing up after a swim.

The villa is situated in the municipality of Tavullia, a few steps from the village of Belvedere fogliense. The main services, such as bars, restaurants, are located about 2 km in the town of Mondaino, while in the town of Montecchio, about 7 km, you will find several supermarkets always open, shops, takeaways, etc. ...
